호텔 보랴나 -

Everything was good and service was great. We had a nice stay in a big room. The beach is perfect and the restaurants amazing. I absolutely adored the style. Perfect pool activities and shows made by animation team with smile. Wish to go again soon.

When we made the reservation everywhere it said private beach, well when we arrived front dest tell us thaht the first 2 rows are paid 21 leva. We are with a little boy and it's very important to be front row. Next we were surprised with 20 leva per day for our car and there aren't event parkink spots for the hotel. You pay to park if you find a spot somewhere on the street 🤣 The room is so small that from one side of the bed you can't go out, because of the baby's crib (it's no free space in our room and baby's crib has yo be next to the bed wich is super small 140x190 for 2 people. There is no spase for our luggage. We moved the chair and table on the super small balcony.🤮 It's very dated, very old school. The food is not terrible, but there is lack of options!. I've been to 5 stars hotels for the same price, wich are beyond lux! This hotel is 0 stars for me. Don't go there and waist your money. Even if someone gifts me a vacation in this hotel I will decline it!

The worst you can take, if you want to get there just think twice, insalubrious space and not quality food.. unfriendly and unprofessional staff, the parking car to expensive around the hotel if you don’t want to walk 2 miles to park your car for acceptance price.

We were very pleased to stay in hotel Borjana. The food and the service were perfect. The hotel is based on the beach, Whenever you need anything you can alwaya ask for support Mrs Dima Ivanova- manager of the hotel. I would like to reccomend Borjana for families and couples, Regards Svetlin

The hotel is perfectly located on the beach, 20m from the sea, it has a nice pool, indoor and outdoor restaurant. We were accommodated on the 2nd floor, in a room with a sea view, a double bed and a bed for one person and a very clean bathroom. Every day the maid cleaned the room and changed the towels. we had all inclusive, which means 3 meals, snack bar, ice cream and local drinks. Diversified food, fruits, different types of meat, salads and at every lunch there was a barbecue. August 24th is our daughter's birthday, 12 years old, and the hotel made her a surprise, offering her a birthday cake and a lovely gift. Thanks to the staff and especially to the hotel manager, Mrs. Dima Ivanova, who is always available to tourists and who solves any request in the shortest possible time. We recommend the hotel for families who want to relax in a quiet, clean place and very close to the sea, we will definitely come back.

Super Hotel - essen war lecker, Zimmer war super, das Personal echt mega freundlich, auch die Putzfee war immer gut gelaunt und richtig süß! Und viele sprechen deutsch, sogar die Chefin selber! Ich war alleine mit meiner Tochter - 5 jahre alt und kognitiv eingeschränkt. Was echt klasse war, ich hatte einen Tag Magen-Darm und dummerweise meine Tabletten zuhause vergessen, sie sofort hilfsbereit und haben mir was gegeben. Dann mussten wir um 12 Uhr auschecken müssen, aber wurden erst um 16 Uhr abgeholt, leider konnten wir das Zimmer nicht länger buchen, aber dafür wurde eine Lösung gefunden - wir konnten dann nochmal bis nachmittags das Meer genießen gehen und haben dann nochmal die Möglichkeit bekommen in ein Zimmer zu gehen und in Ruhe zu duschen um sauber und gut gelaunt nach Hause fliegen zu können.
