Was a magical week at Carnoustie . The ambience , service , energy and environment was perfect. Everyone is wonderful ..owners , management , staff and Ayurveda Drs headed by Dr Mobi. . We felt fantastic by the time we left . Simsy my Dr guided me well and was great . Dr Shonas Marma sessions are so good . My therapists Sharaniya and Atika are wonderful masseuses . Rooms were serviced well and Steffie did a super job. The accomplished executive chef Ashok gave us great food and Joseph Thomas manager of the restaurant with his team looked after us very well. I will go back and highly recommend Carnoustie .

Tranquil setting by the Arabian Sea. The cleanest and most private beach with a lush tropical environment within the resort. Excellent wellness team at the Ayurvaidyashala led by Dr Mobi. Amazing and most friendly staff all around to take care of you. Superb food from Chef Rajeev’s team. All rooms are villa format with pool and outdoor patio. Kudos to the management for bringing together a very unique experience.

I stayed at Carnoustie Ayurveda and Wellness Resort for a week, and decided to extend our stay for an extra week, so I can thoroughly recommend it as a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul. The resort is beautifully designed, and the peaceful surroundings make it an ideal place to relax. We received a comprehensive and personalized treatment plan from Dr. Mobi Oommen that combined Ayurveda healing, Marma, Yoga, Massage and Pranic Healing. Her knowledge and expertise guided the care and treatment for our stay. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, creating a very welcoming and nurturing environment. The food is wholesome, delicious, and tailored to support your body’s healing process. A big thank you to all the restaurant staff who fed us, made us laugh and went to such trouble to make us feel special. Thanks also to Vishnu and Grokul the masseurs who worked so hard and made me feel so comfortable. Also the guy who made the brilliant towel animals! (Zedgoo?) A special thanks to Dr. Arjun whom took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the principles of Marma therapy to me. The sessions were incredibly effective, Dr. Arjun applied gentle pressure to key points on my body, and managed to pretty much cure the pains in my shoulder knee and feet. I had daily treatment, but I had astonishing relief even in the first few sessions. I honestly thought there was nothing to be done about my feet and shoulder, Dr. Arjun is highly skilled and genuinely cares about his patients, I recommend this therapy to anyone who has pain or has tried other unsuccessful treatments. I left the Carnoustie Resort feeling rejuvenated and really grateful for his help and all of the Ayurvedic team.

I could not wait to write this review and find it difficult to know where to start. Most people will comment on the amenities or aesthetic as something that stood out for them. However, the complete life changing experience was the people I had the privilege of engaging with at this resort. From the life guards, the cleaning staff, the grounds keepers, therapist, doctors, healers, yoga instructors, wait staff and managers - the people are the essence of this resort. There is no need in met, no ounce of discomfort unnoticed and no want mentioned that is not taken care of from their own initiative. The healing experiences, from the therapists, to the Ayurvedic medicine, the doctors consultation, the Ayurvedic food, yoga, pranayama and organic healing, are so authentic and definitely deserve their 5 start rating. A special mention to those who went totally out of their way to make us feel so at home - Mr Joseph Thomas, Dr Mobi, Yogi Gopal, Sameer, all the wait staff, Suriya and Saranya. You have honestly changed my life. I feel at home at Carnoustie and cannot wait to return to such a magical place. If one needs to make a suggestion, then my only suggestion would be to upgrade the beach facilities (especially the bathroom) and outdoor yoga area to match that of a 5 star resort.

Namaste. I loved Kerala and loved this resort. the staff are all excellent. they treated us like family and went above and beyond for us. A special mention to Joseph at the resurant and Dr Mobi and Surya and Joysiha at the Ayurvedic clinic. The yogi Gopal was amazing and Dr Raj. I cant recommend Carnoustie enough. Loved the free laundry service too and the pool is amazing. Excellent food and vibe.
