Ergün Hotel

Had the best time In this hotel , having a bad time in the hotel I had originally booked, had to move to this hotel the staff couldn't of been any more helpful, pool is small but plenty big enough for relaxing, the only complaint I would have is that the bar manager did not like the English very much, all other staff was amazing ,the bar manager very rude and frosted, but apart from that all good I will be returning the location was on point walking distance to everything well worth staying in the hotel .

Me and my friend stayed here in april, and cannot fault it at all, room was clean, staff very pleasant, easy check in and check out, great selection of food. The guy that worked through the night, Baki, was really helpful and kind. We hope to be back soon 😁

Okay hotel. But the aircondition really did not work. In only came with a little cold brese, but nothing that could get the room just a little bit cold. So had to sleep in 30 degrees.. not Nice. Room 209. Shitty aircondition and getting no sleep because of thst.

We were at a hotel for 2 weeks, the hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and the kitchen staff were really master chefs. The rooms were cleaned nicely, and the cleaning staff did a very good job and every place was very clean. We were mixed with another Finnish family and that is why we got bad service for 1 week. We talked about it with the hotel manager and solved it. Bad service meaning: - We did not get service at the upper terrace. - We had different rules, than other guests. - Only because of Finnish nationality. The head of the staff, was very rude towards our table and didn't even look towards us. He had plenty of time to serve other tables, but left us totally out. Luckily other staff members were super nice and they were trying to patch as best as they could. Thanks to Ergun Hotel, the experience was not the worst possible. Could have been much better, hopefully the next customers stay happy.

This is a central lovely smallish hotel with a family feel. Because of it's position, a little noise is common. Earplugs sorted that for me. The staff make every effort they can to make your holiday a happy one Ossie and his boys work so hard and the cooks and assistants including Zeynep are so dedicated to ensuring your holiday is good they deserve a mention. The pool on top is not big so not really for swimming but the Cleopatra beach is one of my favourites of all time. ASnd there are many beaches to choose from within walking distance. The food is varied international but typically Turkish and aimed at the Germans/British/Russians and many other nationalities. The holiday we had was one of the best ever. Thank you Ergun Hotel. nb If you have never been to Turkey, do remember that they are catering for many nationalities and that as a nation, they are advancing rapidly but not yet at European standards for Health and Safety or other standards. But I can say I adore Turkey and it's determined population.

This hotel definitely deserves a positive review! Located in the city center and close to Cleopatra Beach. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant offers unforgettable views, complementing the atmosphere of uniqueness. The service is also top-notch, always helpful and smiling. Special mention goes to Osman and Baki Eski. Highly recommended!

Me and my partner recently stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing, full of smiles and can’t do enough for you. our room was lovely and clean (room service everyday) it’s located in the centre of everything so you’ll never get bored! The food was a little bit disappointing but we both never went hungry….. they do lovely cocktails too ＜3 overall we really enjoyed our stay here at the Ergün hotel and would definitely be our first choice if we were to come back to Turkey, Alanya again :)

Honest review.. went as a family of 4 Price wise cant go wrong for what you get if your wanting a chilled out holiday its ideal if wanting entertainment and more then its a no would find it hard to stay in the hotel 24/7 so be prepared to go out and the costs around to eat and drink have gone crazy apart from supermarkets around what are great value rooms are basic but no complaints cleaned every day food times are only set times so no snack bars food wise it is limited options but what there is on offer is really nice and enjoyable loved every meal if you have young picky kids with you then will be a struggle for them Employees there are great couple of young bar men and a slightly older guy are amazing always busy from serving you drinks bringing them you to changing ashtrays to taking plates and glasses away always polite and happy Main man on reception very polite and always there to help with anything cleaners although only seen a few times no problem with leaving things about just pick valuables up clean around and put back neatly on a whole really enjoyable holiday like i said so relaxing if thats what your wanting many thanks ergun hotel 🙌😀

A real good hotel very close to center, harbour and everything. Restaurant and terrasse is wonderful. The food is excellent and room services on top. The staff is helpful and real gentels. The bar personals are verry nice and sweet, speciallly : Osman. Mustafa, Abdullah, Yassin and Zeinab. I recommend this goog place. Michel & Lilian from Denmark
