I do not like a color of the bathroom as you do not see how clean it is. Also the reception was not friendly.

Otelde kalan ilk misafilerdendik. Harika bir oda. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Herkes çok ilgiliydi çok tatlılardı. Teşekkür ederiz

На мой взгляд, отличный отель за свои деньги. Номер просторный и на удивление тихий. На удивление потому, что на первом этаже находится достаточно шумный паб.

Very few items at all inclusive, all staff was irritated,not very clean,bad food,not very private, tables booked by outsiders , it was not specified that some facilities are not included in the package , also the music nights forget about privacy , all the tables from the HOTEL are reserved for outsiders and you can barely find a seat , after paying a lot of money for a room with sea view ,couldn’t sleep at night as the bar underneath had their music so loud, if you ask for an extra piece of chicken they will look very irritated at you. room was not clean at all, the staff at the bar was quiet rude when you were ordering more than one drink , certain bars and restaurants you can’t use with all inclusive as they will charge you extra, it was the worst hotel we stayed at, we will never come back . Come here if you want to eat eggs and sausage every morning and same food all over again.

Everything was excellent and very enjoyable. All the waiters and staff specially Mustafa were extremely warm, welcoming, and friendly. I would like to especially mention Ergül , who was responsible for cleaning the room – she was truly a wonderful and lovely person.

Cook's Club Alanya became my home for three weeks, and I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. The staff were always on hand to assist with a smile as I worked remotely from my impressively roomy room and workspace by the pool, whether it was to help boost an internet connection or collect my underwear after being blown onto the roof from my balcony after a sudden gust of wind. I'm sorry I did not get to see the cleaning staff on my last day, as they were a pleasure to chat with everyday, and allowed me to practice my crumby Turkish (sorry, it hasn't gotten any better since I left!). Will stay again, thanks for the rest and relaxation and allowing me not to worry about anything.

Such a friendly atmosphere, everyone makes you feel welcomed. Spacious room with lounge/ kitchen sink and a balcony leading out onto the terrace. All food is made on premises fresh from local source. The quality of food is worth Michelin star! Weve tried a few dishes on the menu and they were absolutely delicious. Special thank you to Irem the receptionist for making our stay comfotable. And not to forget the DreamTeam of Beach Boys caring for all your needs while you are "working" on that perfect tan on the beach : D . Already booked our comeback for next year.
