The Delphin Deluxe Hotel is a fantastic place for families with children. It offers plenty of attractions and pools, and delicious food. There's something for everyone. I highly recommend it! We'll be back for a vacation every year!

1. The hotel is clean, the staff is very attentive and helps with any ambiguity, a lot of vegetation in the hotel (tastefully placed). 2. The rooms are quite old and small for Turkey, the bed is 1.4m wide (the smallest found in a 5* hotel), but the cleaning is 10+, daily cleaning + towels/linen are changed. 3. The pools are very clean I stayed more at the adult only... there is no music, no fun in this hotel, at 23:00 everything closes, the bar in front remains until 24:00, no music, no entertainment, like at a requiem (70% are people over 60). 4. The biggest pain comes with the food, in 7 days I received 7 times very small fried anchovies/Dorada, fried chicken back, Donner meat, 4 types of stew, 4 types of stew with pasta. (I have been to many other 5* locations, this is the weakest in terms of gastronomy, I have never seen fried chicken back even at 4* in Bulgaria, anchovies 7/7 times for lunch or dinner, never missed). I have not seen an adana, some decent beef dishes, I have only had lamb on Gala Night (Saturday) and there was a battle for it, a 100m queue, and another evening there was baked beef, but not everyone got their plate. Terribly poor lunch and dinner, you find the same food either for dinner or lunch, in 2 days, very tasteless.. 5. 70% of the drinks are local, they have J&B, Absolut, Bacardi, Efes, Havana at the lobby bar and at the outside bar (at the hotel entrance), but you have to ask for them, otherwise they will always have local ones. 6. 10 for the staff who are great and work non-stop. Quality/price ratio, not worth it, a 4* hotel at most, maybe if they renovate it and improve the food and drinks, it will return to 5*.

Hi, we have been here first time. Today is our last day. We spent great time. Hotel staff is really kind and friendly. They helped us for everything. We came hotel in the morning early time but they didn't make us wait. They gave the room immediately. Cleaning is amazing, service is amazing. Cocktails are very delicious and looking good. We want to come next year. We can say only one negative feedback: Anfiteatr could be better :( Thanks a lot for everything, especially to Emir from Guest Relation. First of all, EasyJet was a good provider for our holiday. Despite not having a representative in the hotel, we were kept well informed about transfers and other details. The flights themselves were fine — we departed and landed on time, which is a big plus! The only drawbacks were the screaming child sitting behind us on the outbound flight and, on the return flight, a very smelly family of 12 sitting nearby. Still, timing-wise, the flights were spot on. Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, we went to the EasyJet desk and were directed to the partner coach operated by Diana Travels. Despite there being no traffic jams, the driver was going only 50 km/h, talking to his 5–6-year-old son (who was on the bus with him) and also speaking on the phone. This meant the transfer, which should have taken 2 hours, ended up taking 3. I understand Turkish people love children — we travel with our own kid— but the driver’s son was extremely noisy and kept banging on something the whole time. After a flight, this was not the kind of start I wanted. We eventually arrived at our hotel, Delphin Deluxe. Based on all the YouTube videos we had watched, we thought this would be our dream hotel and the holiday of a lifetime — especially since it was our first-ever stay in a 5-star hotel. Check-in at reception went smoothly, and a bellboy took our luggage upstairs (naturally, we tipped him). Drinks – Personally, I found them disappointing. If you want imported drinks such as Bacardi, Baileys, and others, you have to go to the lobby bar or the Secret Garden bar near the Luna Park. Unfortunately, most of the waiters didn’t seem to know how to make proper cocktails. Out of all the drinks I ordered, only one was really good; the rest were poorly balanced, and it sometimes felt like they were made without much care. Some waiters seemed like they were just there for the job, not the service — with an unfriendly attitude and a constant “: /” face. On the plus side, the lobby bar lets you take bottled beers to your room (as many as you like). Other bars mainly serve local drinks, though kids’ drinks were tasty. Bars also offer nachos and nuts to snack on. The pub downstairs serves hot food during opening hours, and the bar near the gözleme station has bread rolls and possibly other warm food on request. Food – There was plenty of food, and most of it was good. The variety was impressive, especially the cakes. We didn’t bother with the à la carte restaurants, as the buffet was more than enough for us. If you do want to book à la carte, you need to go downstairs to the guest relations desk and book one day in advance. The buffet is open three times a day. One small downside is that during the buffet you can’t get your own drinks — you have to wait for a waiter, and sometimes they didn’t come to our table at all.
