호텔 메노르카 익스페리멘탈(Menorca Experimental)

First experience of an Experimental. Loved this one. Brilliant location 10 mins walk from stunning sea views, food incredible, gardens gorgeous. Good for couples or families with v young children, but not really a kids place. Spa great too. Oh yes and the food was excellent as well!

I had a lovely stay at Menorca Experimental. The property is beautiful and interiors are impeccable throughout. Swimming pool is lovely. Dinner menu is good and the vibe on the outdoor terrace area is great. Lunch menu is limited and nothing special. I have no complaints about my stay overall as I enjoyed it - staff were sufficiently friendly, but I wouldn't say the service here blows your mind nor do they go out of their way to make you feel warmly welcomed. It was my 30th birthday celebration on the weekend I stayed here and none of the staff noticed (despite my sister, who made the booking, telling them in advance). Location of hotel is in the middle of nowhere and if you aren't driving yourself/renting a car, you will have to rely on expensive taxis to get around the island otherwise there is nothing to really do in the vicinity of the hotel.

We had a beautiful stay here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with a great pool and pool towels. the restaurant is exceptional. The hotel is in the middle of no-where so we suggest hiring a car so you can visit local sites during the day

I hate writing bad reviews but have to say our stay at Experimental Menorca was ordinary. Admittedly it was the end of season - however we were still paying for an Experimental experience. And paid we did! Full rate for a half open venue. We had stayed at a farmhouse for a couple of nights before and the service and staff were outstanding despite it being the last weekend. Our experience at Experimental was completely different. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The food was good however the menu was extremely limited and portions were small for the price. The breakfast buffet was stale and very average. The pool bar was closed, and in fact packed down for the season. No effort was made by the Experimental team to compensate for this or welcome us to the pool area. The spa was outstanding - credit to the staff in this part of the hotel. As a consequence we left a day early. Despite having to pay for the extra night.

Hacia tiempo que no viajaba a Menorca y en esta ocasion queriamos salir de los tipicos hoteles de costa, lo cual se revelo la mejor decision. En una casa señorial renovada, Experimental, grupo al que conociamos de nuestro tiempo en Paris, ha traido todo lo bueno que saben hacer y que no es poco: la pasion por los detalles, la comodidad y un buen gusto innegable. La ubicacion es tremenda, en medio del campo y perfecto para huir de las masas; la gastronomia, ejemplar y con un servicio excelente. Por cierto, hay que pasar si o si por la tienda del hotel. Que maravilla de seleccion!!!!

Front desk staff was great but most of the restaurant staff (while very friendly) were very disorganized and confused. A shame as I really wanted to rate this hotel higher and I’ve had much better service at Ibiza Experimental.

Très bel endroit à première vue…avec une très bonne localisation. Chambres correctes et décoration très soignée. Il est vivement recommandé de réserver une table pour le dîner…la carte offre des plats de grande qualité et originaux. Cela se complique lorsqu’on accède à la piscine….grosse promiscuité, système de protection contre le soleil inefficace….tôt le matin, les serviettes de la veille sont encore sur les matelas?!….et des verres vides….pas de nouvelles serviettes à trouver. Globalement le service est relativement peu expérimenté…. Enfin, si vous êtes un lève tôt….il faudra attendre 08.00 pour un petit déjeuner… En conclusion….il faut dîner…y séjourner est plus discutable.

Wonderful hotel experience! Facilities and tone of the hotel are brilliant and nothing is too much. Beautiful rooms, pool area, food and spa. Would highly recommend!
