Loved everything about Alacati and Alavya. We used this as a base to explore Ephesus and so glad we came here. The town is charming, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. Being there in September, it wasn't high season, so was quite calm. (In summer, I gather it's packed and a real party town.) As for the hotel... love at first sight. Everything is so well designed and thought out. Stylish and chic at every turn. We were in the wing overlooking the pool. It's surprising how calm this was compared to the bustling town. There is a beautifully designed spa and gym underground. I can't emphasize enough the impeccable interior design by famed Turkish designer, Hakan Ezer. He was there during our visit and we had a lovely visit with him. The breakfasts - as typical in Turkey - were huge and varied. Dinner outside under the trees was delicious and beautiful. Recommended without hesitation.

Wonderful property with such personable and professional staff. Quiet and luxurious with a perfect location that you’ll note the second you exit the back door. The restaurant is incredible. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for more. We hated to leave!

It was beautiful like every time. The people who work there are super nice and take very good care of them. We feel very comfortable and it's very local. Very peaceful. I love it . The rooms are also great and very clean! You have to come here!!

Rooms are sizable, very clean, most of accessories were available. The services was top and very friendly Ver good breakfast included in the rooms Nice swimming pool with full bar and pizza oven next to it Location right in the center👍 Loved it and will be back💙👍

The Alavya is a perfect gem within the bustling streets of charming Alicate. It is sophisticated, impeccably clean, professionally staffed and super cozy. The food, decor, rooms, spa and especially the pool rival none- a perfect get-away to relax and feel taken care of. Would I go back? In a heartbeat and stay as long as they’d have me. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and we wanted more!!! We felt spoiled and like family by the time we left.

This has been our third stay at Alavya with my husband and once again we have had such a lovely & special experience during our stay. Alavya is always decorated in such an elegant and beautiful way and also there are always these little details that make you feel happy such as small "motivational notes" served together with Turkish coffee; Alavya's special "I Feel Good" bear; nice Art collection samples used in the room decorations; the beautiful olive trees, little message stones and all other nice details in the garden. The spa is very nice, peaceful and high quality, too; and the spa space is actually quite big for a boutique hotel size. The pool service is also very good, where a bucket of iced water & drinks are served to all the guests. Alavya's location is great, right in the center of Alacatı but once you enter into the hotel, you are totally isolated from all the noise, crowdedness of Alacatı, it's like you enter into a totally new peaceful world, the atmosphere definitely provides you that. But most importantly, what makes the place extra special for me is Kubra Hm's (Kubra Yuksel - Digital Media & Operations Manager) hospitality, her smiling face & sincere and diligent approach in every detail combined with Huseyin Chef's healthy & delicious food during breakfast and at dinners with their own baked bread, Aegan herbs and fresh tastes with raw materials bought from Ilıca & Alacatı Market. Kubra Hm has been working at Alavya since its establishment, for almost 9 years now and I believe her professional experience, continuity of her presence for all these years, hands on approach to her work and her special care & communication with the customers is a very important asset. I, personally, have identified Alavya with her and very much looking forward to getting in contact again for planning our next stay. THANK YOU! All the best...Deniz Koksal
