My stay at Garden Plaza Hotel was shockingly disappointing. This establishment feels more like an unkept service apartment that doubles as a labor camp, with only three rooms allocated for guests and the rest occupied by workers from a nearby company. The environment is far from suitable or safe for families. Throughout my stay, laborers filled the hallways, lounges, and especially the restaurant. The dining experience was another major letdown—the food was stale and unappetizing, and the space was crowded with workers, making it uncomfortable for regular guests. I’ve never encountered anything like this and was truly taken aback. The cleanliness was appalling. The room and bathroom were poorly maintained, and even the bed sheets didn’t feel clean, which made us not want to stay another minute. I am genuinely concerned for families staying here and feel this issue should be reported to the authorities. This is not the standard one expects from a hotel and certainly not a place I would recommend.
