새턴 팰리스 리조트 - 올 인클루시브(Saturn Palace Resort)

The hotel is smaller and less organized that the neighboring hotel resorts. Parking was off site, back a small path near the maintenance and was in a public are so there is no security. Rooms were ok, standard but worn from much traffic. The food and beverage selection was excellent, there were many separate locations to eat and snack. Reception needs help for check in, took forever to get a simple answer. I booked a sea view and got a side room looking into the back roads with a glimpse of the sea. The compound is a sort of an angle L shape so that we were looking onto another property. The pools and such are close together, it’s tightly organized. Probably the best was the choices for children including water park and slides. Beach area was standard, boardwalk bar is great but needs some attention from staff. The one lifeguard, he was bald and dark tanned older gentleman was so kind and helpful, always had a good word and a laugh. All in all a good stay, enjoyable staff, friendly and fast service from employees who go out of their way to help.

Wir haben für 3 Nächte ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool auf der Terasse gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool im Zimmer. Nach 4 Stunden Diskussion und Aufregung wurde eine „Lösung“ gefunden. Bei ******* stand Check-In um 12:00 Uhr. Im Hotel hieß es erst 15:00 Uhr. Das Essen ist geschmackslos, oft kalt und immer das selbe. Mein Mann und ich hatten oft Bauchkrämpfe nach dem Essen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Der Pool wird ungenügend gesäubert. Das Servicepersonal ist mal so mal so gelaunt. Also das das ein 4-5 Sterne Hotel sein soll. Never ever! Die einzigen, die hier super lieb und freundlich waren, war das Housekeeping! Wir haben so viel Geld verschwendet. Dieses Hotel ist keinen Cent wert. Nie wieder!!!

Just spent a week at Saturn palace, the hotel was lovely with plenty on site to keep the kids amused, mini disco each night and some really excellent shows put on. Foam party on the beach was a hit also! The staff are all really lovely and nothing is ever too much, waiters take drink orders by the pool and deliver it to you. Food was lovely too and plenty variety for all. Rooms spacious enough and cleaned daily, with towels changed twice daily if required. All in all a great trip away!

Me and my sister came here with kids and we really really enjoying, I will suggest to everyone to come here for holidays. I live in room num 8020 and there are good internet service and a good view to enjoy weather ❤️❤️❤️

We travel to this hotel 5 times now it’s a great place for a family and to meet families and friends and love the food and staff are so lovely hakan is the best manager in the hotel he can help you with anything you need, all the staff can help with anything getting your drinks n food, great place to hire bike to get around the place good hotel to get drunk. Can be a better place for your holiday.

Returning guests 5th visit end April 24 begin May 10 days . Great friendly staff , big thanks to Hakan , Adnan guest relations team & big boy , Birol 🤣 security at pier , very attentive staff , 5 pools , lazy , slide , kids & baby pools . Food & drinks are 100% top brands Smirnoff , rose wine , Efes beer & cater for all dietary needs foods are all labelled . Wall ice creams , ice lollies all day , waffles , fish & chips , chicken & chips , hot dogs , baked potatoes , you will never go hungry ! Jacuzzi rooms are huge & spacious , fridge are filled every day , pop , beer , juice , Fanta , coke , Efes beers , maids are fantastic too change towels twice a day . Whole hotel is immaculate & cleaners everywhere . Extra bonus there is free fair at entrance of hotel , dodgems , ferris wheel, train , airplane rides , ship ride . Hotel has great Foam party’s , garden party . Lots new features this month too cocktail bar & swing seating areas ! Can’t wait to return hopefully Sept /Nov .

Just ending off a superb week at Saturn Palace. I was a bit apprehensive booking this hotel having always previously stayed at Delphin hotels in Lara, and while the start was not great with the room when we arrived, the staff were helpful and we upgraded the next day to a larger room with a whirlpool terrace and it was worth every penny. One thing that stands out with this hotel is the staff, that go out their way to help and this makes all the difference. The guest relations (Adnan and Hakan) are always around during meal times enquiring and quickly resolving any issues, no matter how small. We even got to check out later than normal from our room. The quality of food offered was very good and varied and i must say their mocktails and ice cream is better than Delphin’s. Too many staff to call out here, but a special shout out to Aytac and Bayram in the main restaurant and Serhat in the pool bar. These guys run on Duracell batteries. In summary,i defo recommend this hotel for families with kids and i’m looking to book for next year already!!

21 people came here for my cousins 50th birthday, in fact between us we had 3 birthdays in total through our 14 night holiday, the staff made each birthday so special with cakes and fresh flowers decorating the tables. We’ve had the most amazing holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff were so friendly, the food was amazing with lots of choice every night. The guest relations were consistently checking everything was ok and that we were enjoying our holiday. My favourite place was the peer with Emay the waitress who was lovely, polite and friendly. Well done Saturn Palace we’ll be back next year xx

Coming to the end of a week at this fantastic hotel and absolutely can't fault it. We upgraded to a whirlpool terrace room, which was so worth the money ... a lovely big room with 2 balconies. The food is excellent with the one free visit to the a la carte Turkish/Steak restaurant. Plenty of choice for eating during the day with 2 additional snack bars. The cocktails are the best I've ever had in an all inclusive and the new cocktail bar with the addition of swing seats is lovely. The staff are what make this hotel what it is. Guest relations checked on us most days and the bar and restaurant staff are brilliant. A special shout out to Mamii and Emin and also the bar staff at the aqua bar. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
