В отеле классный персонал, очень отзывчивый. Понравилась еда, свежевыжатые соки. Раннее заселение обеспечили (на пару часов раньше). Единственное, просили комплимент на день рождения заранее, он не был предоставлен. Еще не попали на массаж, т.к. всё было расписано на 2 дня вперед, учитывайте это при бронировании. В целом в отеле всё чисто, приятно, красиво! Нам очень понравилось.

It's a bit late but here you go. Me and my husband visited in September. From arriving we got our wristbands and were told to go straight to lunch as checkin is about 3. Which we knew as visited mahdia year before. Reception staff very nice and polite. Lunch was very nice and fresh. Our room was ready for 2.15 we stayed in room 236, our cases were took for us and we were shown our room. Loverly clean and fab view of pool and sea. We got changed and went for a look around. Very clean beautiful clean pools and gorgouse beach. Evening meals very nice and entertainment every night. Waiters were amazing very helpful and polite. Next day we managed to get a sunbed near pool ware we watched the animation team hard at work. What a credit to this hotel they are. Pool guys are very helpful and will help you if they can. The poolside waiter service is fantastic very nice men. We have never been looked after as good as we were here. All fantastic. We loved the spa and massages that much we had 2. I loved it that much I am taking my daughter in September. I never visit same place twice but think marhaba palace will be a yearly holiday for us as the Tunisian people are the most welcoming people I have ever met. So we will see you again in September can't wait for another outstanding holiday. Thank you for making it memorable

The location of this hotel is perfect. Sat on its own white powdery Sandy beach within a few minutes walk to the marina with its bars and shops. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean both inside and out with the entire outside pool area mopped early morning by an army of cleaners. The staff are so friendly and pleasant and a 2 or 5 dinar tip goes a long way (approx £1.50 max to us brits !) The food was lovely and no complaints what so ever even though the hotel was quite in the run up to Christmas the food quality remained consistently good. Weather at this time of year is hit and miss and goes cold at night (so bring a hoody) - but always better than the uk . You can get dinar at the airport near the exit doors before you get on your coach or at the hotel reception or the exchange in the marina - it’s a closed currency so you can only buy when here and you can’t take money out. Hard Rock Cafe literally a minutes taxi ride away or 20 min walk down the road or beach (taxi 5-10 dinar max agree price first don’t let them use the meter) prices in Hard Rock Cafe are extremely reasonable. Rooms in the hotel are spotlessly clean but as like most hotels at the minute due to the effects of covid on hospitality a bit tired in places (as per the surrounding resort) but perfectly acceptable. There are some fantastic bargains and late deals to be had in Tunisia and it’s well worth a visit

Hello this my first Time in hotel Marhaba place the food is nice and test good the bar Staff is good and frandly and off course dont forget the enterrement team they are the best in the hotel i loved watching the dance show and enjoing the activités thank you all for the best time

It is an amazing hotel, very family friendly and the animation team are amazing. Sophie has been brilliant as well as the rest of the team, and all the staff are lovely and extremely accommodating. Always having fun and can’t wait to come back.

Brilliant time away. Hotel was good, room was fine and spacious. Animation team were fantastic with my young daughter. They couldn’t do enough for her. Fantastic team. Food was always on time. Hotel was clean. Pool and beach very accessible. 😍😍😍😍

Travelled at the end of March. We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean and well laid out. Our room was fine; there was no tea/coffee on arrival, but I requested some and it was delivered quickly. The air con was not switched on; we had daytime temperatures of over 25 degrees, so the room was unbearably hot at night. The no air con was a bit of a problem for us, and I believe this should be reviewed when it is hot outside. One lift was broken all week, so waiting for the one other lift was painful. We were very happy with the food in the restaurant; there is always something to like, and the salad bar was incredible. We liked having the same table every night, and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We did try to book the al carte restaurant, but nobody seems to know how we should do this, it was very strange, and we never did get to eat in there. There should be instructions on how to do this, along with some general hotel info, as there is literally nothing available to guide you. The pool side snacks are dreadful - just pancakes available in the afternoon....that is it. The young man cooking them needs lessons; despite having a long queue and 2 hotplates, he cooked one pancake at a time, meaning the wait for food was approx 15 mins. Entertainment was a bit disappointing to be honest. There is not much to do in the evenings. The worse aspect for us is that there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. We ventured out to the harbour one evening, and found everything closed. Only one restaurant was open, no shops, places to drink, nothing. I appreciate it is out of season but there is NOTHING outside the hotel. We chose to go para sailing, but were ripped off as the flight was about 3 minutes long. Had it been worthwhile we would have tried other water sports, but not prepared to be ripped off again. If there had been more available (even a shop!) outside of the hotel, we would definitely return here, but the dead streets and lack of atmosphere outside is a real put off.

Each night I watch a woman in a filthy apron toss frozen burgers on a grill next to a sign saying fresh local farm produce. I’m not fussy and I manage to have salad n fresh pizza which is all edible but it’s so not a 5 star hotel. Very tired building , bar staff under pressure the whole time , poor service , in general. Do not expect anything more than a 3 star hotel at best .
