We booked a room for 3 nights and only stayed one night. We were ripped off paying $580 for a superior room. The hall on the way to the room smelled of chemicals with horrible walls, baseboard and art. The room had a temporary air conditioning unit on the floor with a hose leading out the patio door. The view was a construction site. The breakfast was horrible with yogurt in plastic containers. It’s not the lovely old Le Pigonett it used to be. Don’t stay here! It should be closed for remodeling. I would never go back even after the remodel is finished.

In France hotels have two extremes, the best and the worst: this hotel is in the second category. The fact that it is a motel for motorists does not justify such a bad offer: to enter the private car park you must enter a code that you do not have as it is only provided at the automatic check-in next to the entrance since the reception is often closed and hotel is unmanned except for a few cleaners who know nothing. With difficulty you will be able to enter and you seem to enter an interior that recalls, both for the terrible smell of death, and for the dirty and old furnishings, a suburban barracks. In the small, sad, rather dirty room, in which the stench of a corpse is always present (we are in Provence!) You will sleep only one night, trying to sleep and get up early to dissipate as soon as possible. The most disturbing fact is the lack of staff so for any need you will be helpless. Bad price / quality ratio 87 € per night without breakfast. ( Better). Also to be avoided for safety reasons.

We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

Pour les points positifs : - la chambre était grande et agréable (suite). - l’environnement dans la pinède était calme. - stationnement facile - petit déjeuner correct Pour les points négatifs (malheureusement …): - invasion de fourmis dans la partie salon de notre suite - la piscine naturellement filtrée ne nous a pas du tout emballé (couleur verte et algues) et pas d’ombre par 40 degrés. - nous avions demandé de payer en chèques ANCV à l’arrivée mais l’hôtel nous a débité le montant de la chambre sur notre CB. - service complètement à revoir… J’ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. J’ai appelé quelques heures seulement après notre départ. J’ai eu plusieurs interlocuteurs pendant trois jours. On devait me rappeler mais à part un jeune homme dimanche soir, qui n’a rien trouvé personne n’a rien fait et le vêtement s’est mystérieusement volatilisé. Je suis déçue car il me semble qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles doit quand même proposer un certain standing aux clients. J’ai demandé à être rappelée par un responsable. J’attends encore… Quel dommage !

Franchement pour le prix je déconseille ! Le personnels est accueillant et sympa mais alors la chambre une cata!! Elle sentais une forte odeur de tabac froid et c’était mal entretenu comme le montre les photos ! Moisissures au plafond, traces au mur et sur les rideaux, le matin devant la fenêtre dans la chambre des flaques à cause de la condensation et la porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas ! Dommage car l’emplacement est sympa et le petit déjeuné est varié.

공항에서 올 때 호텔을 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 입구 앞에 계단이 있어서 여행 가방을 들고 다녀야 했는데 전혀 실용적이지 않았습니다. 어딘가에 경사로가 있었는지 없는지는 모르겠지만 어둠 속에서 경사로를 본 적은 없었습니다. 서리가 내린 리셉션 후에 나는 방이 완벽하게 적절하고 매우 조용하다는 것을 알았습니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 방에 물이 없어서 놀랐고 작은 병이 있으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 욕실은 매우 깨끗하고 현대적이며 매우 좋은 세면도구를 갖추고 있습니다. 아침부터 직원분들이 너무 친절하시고 조식도 너무 맛있었어요. 스크램블 에그는 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 괜찮았지만 다음번에는 공항 근처에 묵을 예정입니다.

리리뷰어내가 머물렀던 최악의 호텔입니까? 아니요, 좋았습니까? 또한 아니요. 긍정적으로 시작하겠습니다. 속성은 화려하게 조경되어 있습니다. 개인 오아시스에있는 것처럼 느껴집니다. 수영장은 매우 좋지만 여름 성수기에는 의자가 부족합니다. 아침 뷔페는 괜찮 았고 식당 직원은 충분히 친절했습니다. 그리고 나쁜 것에 대해. 나는 이것이 5-star 호텔이라고 믿을 수 없습니다. 가격이 비싸고 객실이 날짜가 있습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 프랑스에서 2 주 이상 여행 중에 만난 가장 친절하지 않았습니다. 어느 날 저녁 우리는 택시를 불러 마을로 데려 가기 위해 미리 요청했습니다. 책상의 신사는 아무런 문제가 없다고 말했다. 한 시간 뒤 로비로 돌아와서 다른 여성이 책상에 서서 우리 예약 기록이 없다고 말하고 즉시 택시를 부르겠다고 제안하지 않았습니다. 일종의 논쟁이 우리와 함께 있었고 그러한 예약이 존재하지 않는다고 주장했습니다. 우리는 이상한 2-story 방을 받았다. 침실은 위층에 있었고 욕실은 좁고 가파른 계단 아래에 있었다. 전반적으로 목욕을하고 나가는 것은 성가신 일이었습니다. 리리뷰어My wife and I recently visited Provence for three nights, and stayed at Chateau de la Gaude because we had read great things about this relatively new hotel, and it seemed to offer a lovely, quintessentially French setting. This boutique hotel did fit what we were looking for in many ways, with its impeccably restored historic buildings that are fully updated and modern on the inside. However, we were disappointed with the service, which was simply not at the level of a true five-star hotel. Pre-Arrival Experience: Prior to our stay, I contacted the hotel by email on several occasions to help plan our stay. I asked for help in booking dinners and planning transfers, including from the airport on our arrival, and then to our next hotel on the Cote d’Azur at the end of our stay. I thought the transfer costs, while not cheap, were actually fair given what other hotels on our trip were charging for the same services. As an example, the airport transfer is 110€ each way, and other hotels were charging almost double that amount for similar distances between hotel and airport. The communication prior to arrival was great. Sarah in particular went out of her way to respond promptly to each of my inquiries, and I felt really confident that everything was well taken care of prior to arrival. I think this gave me a false sense of how service would be once we were there. Arrival Experience: We arrived at M****ille Airport on a morning flight, just before 10:00 am. The driver arranged by the hotel, Eric, was waiting for us with our name on a sign just outside of baggage claim, and he was just incredibly nice and welcoming. He took us out to a van and had us quickly on our way. He was also our driver to our next destination at the end of the trip, and I was so glad that the hotel had booked him on both ends of the trip. He was a great driver and just did a perfect job. The hotel’s website specifies that airport transfers will be in a Tesla Model X, and this was not that, but instead was a standard Mercedes van. We didn’t have a problem with it really, and like I said, we thought the driver was great. However, it could be disappointing to think you’re being picked up in a Tesla and not have that. The drive from M****ille Airport to the hotel was easy – just under 30 minutes at a time of day with minimal traffic. When we pulled into the property, I was a little surprised that none of the staff were around to greet us. Since we were arriving in a transfer booked by the hotel, it would have been easy to coordinate with the driver to be ready to welcome us. When I walked into the small lobby/reception area, the staff just seemed surprised to have an arriving guest. The staff member who checked us in did seem well-meaning though. She was helpful, and apologized profusely for the fact that our room was not yet ready, even though it was well before standard check-in time. She told us they would expedite room cleaning so we could have the room by noon, which w

The best part of staying at Hotel Paul is the courteous staff. They were so professional and actively sought to make my stay for comfortable. They provided a good breakfast with hot coffee. The room was clean and I felt right at home. Also, the hotel is very close to Old Town area of Aix, a short walk to the Cathedral, the open market, and numerous restaurants.

리리뷰어Tres joli cadre malheureusement le restaurant ça ne va pas du tout. Il n'y avait pas grand monde mais le service tellement lent ! Nous demandons un café gourmand mais ça n'existe pas. Le serveur ne nous propose pas un dessert... On doit lui partir après pour savoir si possible. Il nous renvoie vers la carte... on veut commander, il dit d'un air peu amène de retourner à la table mais on ne le voit plus... Il fait plusieurs aller-retour pour préparer un café à la fois , on est 9 🤦Résultat pas de dessert il est trop tard... Nous avions pourtant 1h au départ.Il faudrait se réveiller. Dommage car le plat était bon...

I would anticipate that I am a platinum Accor hotel member , so by definition I had the pleasure to see hundreds of novotel in the word . Positive : -good breakfast and wonderful location in the garden . -open and common space quite clean and welcoming . Negative : -moquette in the room is more than obsolete , very dirt and with a really bad smelt . -most of the staff people are not speaking English at all , both during breakfast than at the bar . It has been hard even to have a bottle of water ….this is really not acceptable . Please consider these comments as an incentive to do better . Hotel is nice and few improvements are really needed . This is a Novotel below the standard .

리리뷰어This hotel doesn’t have Nottingham good. The breakfast isn’t something interesting and they put the dirty spoons with the cloran spoons soemthing really dirty. Also the air conditioner is really hot and you can’t turn it off being very uncomfortable when you sleep. The showers doesnt have any protectors and people can go in and see you and when you take a shower when you finish the floor is wet! And the bess are the worst things here. The single bed has got a shelve near to your head and you Kick your head with the selve when you get up and the single bed doesnt have any pillows. Pelease don’t go to this hotel if you want to have a good experience becáis e the o lh ghingheri that you will have is turn back home as fast as you can
