엑상 프로방스 Lacoste 근처 호텔

We spent four nights at Hotel du Globe in September 2021. The rooms are great, breakfast had many choices and at the end of the day, their rooftop terrace is beautiful and relaxing. The main old town Aix is just across the street. The location couldn't have been better. We will stay there again.

4-night 업사이드 : (1) 공간 - 제한된 서비스 아파트 개념. 별도의 침실, 욕실, 화장실, 간이 주방, 거실 및 발코니 (식탁 내) (2) 위치-근처 슈퍼마켓 및 체육관 (아다지오와 제휴하지 않음); 구시 가지까지 도보 거리 (3) 세탁실-리셉션 근처에 위치; 신용카드 결제를 하다; 하지만 세탁기 1대와 건조기 1대만 있어 미리 계획을 세우다 (4) 조용한-안쪽을 향한 아파트는 거리 소음을 얻지 못하고 쾌적한 내부 안뜰을 향해 있다 단점: (1) 에어컨 문제 - 분명히, 체크인시 배정 받은 첫 아파트를 포함하여 일부 아파트에 영향을 미치는 지속적인 에어컨 고장이 있었습니다. 또한, 분명히 손님은 이것에 대해 알렸어야했지만 우리는 그렇지 않았습니다. 체크인 전에받은 편지는 언급되지 않았으며 체크인시 아무도 언급하지 않았습니다. 우리가 아파트가 왜 시원하지 않은지 물었을 때 초기 응답은 기존 팬의 제안이었습니다. 이것은 서향 (오후 태양) 아파트에서 높은 여름 온도 (＞30C)를 감안할 때 완전히 받아 들일 수 없었습니다. 서있는 팬으로도 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 투명성 부족은 말할 것도 없습니다. 수리 타이밍(며칠!)에 대한 추가 문의를 한 후, 갑자기 기능하는 에어컨을 갖춘 다른 아파트가 이용 가능하게 되었다. 아다지오가 주요 국제 호텔 브랜드의 일부이기 때문에 사전 또는 체크인시 유사한 수준의 숙박 시설 (네트워크 내 또는 기타)로 전송할 수있는 옵션을 미리 또는 체크인시 제공함으로써 문제가 더 잘 처리 될 수있었습니다. (b) 전액 환불; (c) 에어컨이 고장난 아파트를 완전히 투명하게 ”정보”를 받았다.

In France hotels have two extremes, the best and the worst: this hotel is in the second category. The fact that it is a motel for motorists does not justify such a bad offer: to enter the private car park you must enter a code that you do not have as it is only provided at the automatic check-in next to the entrance since the reception is often closed and hotel is unmanned except for a few cleaners who know nothing. With difficulty you will be able to enter and you seem to enter an interior that recalls, both for the terrible smell of death, and for the dirty and old furnishings, a suburban barracks. In the small, sad, rather dirty room, in which the stench of a corpse is always present (we are in Provence!) You will sleep only one night, trying to sleep and get up early to dissipate as soon as possible. The most disturbing fact is the lack of staff so for any need you will be helpless. Bad price / quality ratio 87 € per night without breakfast. ( Better). Also to be avoided for safety reasons.

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)

We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

l'accès a l'appartement 6 personnes se fait par l'arrière du bâtiment qd la réception est fermée nous sommes arrivés tard donc pas de réception valise tirer sur l'heure et la boue car l'arrosage automatique était enclenché nous avons été trempée alors que j'ai une enfant malade. laborieux. volet cassé, sol sale, tiroir meuble salle de bain cassée, tringle instable. les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité même la piscine toute petite alors que les résident sont nombreux pas de place pour tout le monde. le jour de notre départ le personnel n'a pas voulu posez l'insuline de ma fille dans un réfrigérateur inhumain. pendant que ma fille était au toilette un homme du personnel est rentré par une porte soit disant condamné avant le Check oout sans sonné à la porte c'est vraiment Irrespectueux et pas professionnel. je ne reviendrai plus l'expérience a été laborieuse pour 2 nuits avec enfants de 14 et 8 ans.

Bel emplacement, paisible, malheureusement, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude durant le temps de notre séjour, malgré le passage d'un technicien. Ce dernier n'a apparemment pas pu réparer la panne. J'espère que ce genre d'inconvénient ne se répétera pas pour les clients à venir. Sonia Jebsen

공항에서 올 때 호텔을 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 입구 앞에 계단이 있어서 여행 가방을 들고 다녀야 했는데 전혀 실용적이지 않았습니다. 어딘가에 경사로가 있었는지 없는지는 모르겠지만 어둠 속에서 경사로를 본 적은 없었습니다. 서리가 내린 리셉션 후에 나는 방이 완벽하게 적절하고 매우 조용하다는 것을 알았습니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 방에 물이 없어서 놀랐고 작은 병이 있으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 욕실은 매우 깨끗하고 현대적이며 매우 좋은 세면도구를 갖추고 있습니다. 아침부터 직원분들이 너무 친절하시고 조식도 너무 맛있었어요. 스크램블 에그는 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 괜찮았지만 다음번에는 공항 근처에 묵을 예정입니다.
