This was the best place we stayed in Provence. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was beautiful and had a bath and a private terrace. The staff were so friendly and professional. Nothing was a problem. Some reviews said it was too far from the town centre but we found the location excellent and it was very quiet at night. We are used to walking.

This hotel doesn’t have Nottingham good. The breakfast isn’t something interesting and they put the dirty spoons with the cloran spoons soemthing really dirty. Also the air conditioner is really hot and you can’t turn it off being very uncomfortable when you sleep. The showers doesnt have any protectors and people can go in and see you and when you take a shower when you finish the floor is wet! And the bess are the worst things here. The single bed has got a shelve near to your head and you Kick your head with the selve when you get up and the single bed doesnt have any pillows. Pelease don’t go to this hotel if you want to have a good experience becáis e the o lh ghingheri that you will have is turn back home as fast as you can

In France hotels have two extremes, the best and the worst: this hotel is in the second category. The fact that it is a motel for motorists does not justify such a bad offer: to enter the private car park you must enter a code that you do not have as it is only provided at the automatic check-in next to the entrance since the reception is often closed and hotel is unmanned except for a few cleaners who know nothing. With difficulty you will be able to enter and you seem to enter an interior that recalls, both for the terrible smell of death, and for the dirty and old furnishings, a suburban barracks. In the small, sad, rather dirty room, in which the stench of a corpse is always present (we are in Provence!) You will sleep only one night, trying to sleep and get up early to dissipate as soon as possible. The most disturbing fact is the lack of staff so for any need you will be helpless. Bad price / quality ratio 87 € per night without breakfast. ( Better). Also to be avoided for safety reasons.

골든 립 체인 호텔은 몇 달 전에이 장소를 개조했으며 비즈니스 및 노선 숙박에 매우 적합한 매우 효율적이고 현대적이고 편안한 호텔을 만들었습니다. Aix-en-Provence에서 Lyon까지 자동차 노선 옆에 있습니다. The poor judgment is mainly given by the following factors. Failure to clean the room daily, as written in the voucher: in the Hotel formula (1-4 nights) it says Daily cleaning. Which, in my country, means clean the room every day. Despite my requests to the reception staff, already on the second day, no one came to clean the room, nor to carry out the garbage. On the third day the manager (I think she was) told me that cleaning was not included and that the voucher was wrong! only after the third night, the day before checkout, a lady came to bring towels and toilet paper. Stop. Upon arrival in the bathroom there was half a roll of toilet paper, half a bottle of soap and that's it! i had to ask for toilet paper at reception. In the end I asked the manager why the towels hadn't been changed also in the first 3 days, she gave me confused answers, apologizing. Another thing: on the second day I reported that a shutter was broken, it did not lower; I have said it several times, no one came to fix it. We slept with the light coming into the room at 5am. Finally, the cleanliness of the room was definitely lacking (I have pictures). Dust everywhere, parts of the furniture that hadn't been cleaned in months. What bothered me the most is having approximate and inconclusive answers from the staff. Nobody really went out of their way to give us what we paid for: a clean and efficient room.
