The service is amazing because of the humble staff. The citrus cafe at the hotel has amazinggg food. Poha, Dal khichidi, south Indian etc. The chef and the staff is so sweet and humble they will make your eating experience as best as it can be. Also the view from the hotel is best. I loved my stay at Lemon tree Premier, Ahmedabad

I am staying in room number 106. The housekeeping service and room dining service are excellent. Especially the service of Ms. Soma is excellent. She gives special attention to room cleaning. Her behavior is sweet and charming. The hotel ambience is good. The restaurant manager is very caring.

I have been a loyal customer of Lemon Tree Atrium, regularly staying there whenever I visit Ahmedabad. However, my recent experience was nothing short of appalling. My fiancé booked a two-night stay as usual, but due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM. Upon requesting check-in, I was outright denied because of a supposed change in their policy regarding unmarried couples. This policy was neither communicated at the time of booking nor mentioned anywhere prominently. Despite explaining the situation, the staff showed no willingness to assist or offer a solution. Worse, they refused both check-in and a refund, leaving me stranded late at night. As an MMT Black subscriber who has spent over ₹10 lakh in the past two years, I expected at least basic customer service. However, MMT provided no resolution and simply stated that no refund or alternative accommodation would be arranged. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The situation was eventually resolved only because a senior hospitality executive I know personally intervened and spoke to the Lemon Tree management. It is frustrating to see that foreign guests, including unmarried couples, were being allowed, yet I was denied check-in due to an arbitrary policy. This experience has completely changed my perception of Lemon Tree Hotels. The lack of ethics, poor management, and indifferent attitude towards guests make it clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. Given this treatment, I would much rather choose ITC, Hyatt, or Marriott over ever considering Lemon Tree again. I strongly urge the management to rethink such discriminatory policies and focus on guest experience. If a policy change is implemented, it should be clearly communicated at the time of booking to avoid putting customers in distress. A deeply disappointed guest,

We been here for second time here and it was more good experience than last time our table Attendend Abhishek singh was so gentle n cooperative guy attended us so well !!! Nice hospitality and the food taste was awesome!!! Will be here soon again !!!

Excellent experience especially the House keeping person i.e Sunaina, Sangita & Harsh who had taken proper care. Also the food quality is very good. Kitchen staff are also very good specially Nirav who had given personal touch in food & as per requirement provided the same

The Service was excellent, it was a very good experience I have satyed in the hotel for 16 days in the month of August.vthe food was good, room aervice was excellent, name the service staffs were Sunina, Sangeeta and Harsh. Gym and the swimming pool was well maintained and the trainer was also well behaved.

Very courteous staff. Nicely appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Rashmi, Anisha and Abhishek were always serving with a smile at breakfast. Location is also great with good views of the riverfront. It is close to the old city as well as the business district. Highly recommended.

Good place... Staffs are good.... 1 star less as i found this hotel not matching up to the standards of other lemon tree premier... The buffet spread was good.. Special accolade for prem who was an amazing host... But food needs a bit improvement...
