Small cockroaches are everywhere in the hotel. If you leave a tea cup on table after finishing your tea. After sometime you will find one roaming in the cup. At night they take over the floor, as soon as you dim the lights. Rats in the kitchen are other pests.

Staff were very friendly. I was ill during that time and they arranged luke warm water for me and even helped us in traveling agra even though it was not included in their services.

이 호텔에 가는 것은 악몽이었습니다. 내 경험에 들어간 후 다음과 같습니다. 1. 리프트의 조명이 작동하지 않았습니다. 2. 복도에는 벌레와 구카 침이 있었습니다. 3. 복도에는 모기와 파리를 유인하는 빈 술병과 함께 버려진 가구가 보관되어 있었습니다. 4. 침대 시트에 침 얼룩이 있었지만 여러 번 요청한 후에 교체했습니다. 5. 커튼이 깨졌고, 화장실이 비위생적이었습니다. 6. 밤에 방에 바퀴벌레가 있어서 호텔을 떠나기로 결정하고 다른 호텔을 예약했는데 직원이 우리를 괴롭혀 체크아웃을 못하게 하고, 말을 걸었습니다. 한 남자의 전화를 통해 이 호텔의 GM에게 연락하면 그들은 우리가 체크아웃할 수 있도록 허용했습니다. 7. 방에 블레이저를 잊어버렸는데, 호텔에 찾으러 갔을 때 돌려주지 않더군요. 방에서 그걸 발견했을 때 사진 속 이 남자가 우리 뒤로 달려와 우리를 때렸습니다. 8. 직원은 ”여기는 델리가 아닙니다. 우리가 당신을 때리고 이곳이 아그라임을 보여줄 수 있습니다”라고 위협했습니다. 위에서 언급한 모든 문제에 대해 직원이 공격적이고 비전문적이라는 점을 이 호텔을 예약하기 전에 주의하시기 바랍니다.

매우 평균적인 호텔. 편의 시설이 없는 객실. 툴사프 물 등을 위한 모든 게이 시간을 요청해야 합니다. baluganj에 매우 평균적인 위치에 있습니다.

Hotel is nice, room was also good, breakfast was also good and Mr. Sonu Sharma was good in his services... I would like to bring in notice that, i stayed in room 211 with my brother and sister-in-law, means 3 persons. At the time of check in i clearly offered at Reception counter to make my room 3500 All Inclusive for 3 persons with breakfast. Receptionist denied for the same. I paid full amount of INR 3920 for 3 persons and got mattress as well in the room. The point is the Invoice Bill which i got is for only 2 adults, which means the person cheated and manipulated the system. He did not show 3 persons in tge system only 2 and asked only 2 ID's, but in Arruval & Departure Register i have mentioned 3 guests entry. Not only this, we 3 had tea the morning staff at reception firstly asked cash, i did not had it i asked for UPI, i paid via UPI into his account but not got bill of that INR 160. Again the cheating is being done. Main nahi likhta ye sab agar ye baat jab maine saamne se offer kia ke paise rakh lo, tab badi badi baat kia ke hamara hotel ye sab nahi karta delhi se controlling hoti hai etc etc. And in the end aap logo ne paise chori kie aur kia wahi jo maine aapko offer kia tha......
