Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for bed and breakfast, there was lots of choice for breakfast, cereal, fresh fruit yoghurt, great selection of breads, cold meats , cheeses, boiled, fried, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, lots more, with empty dishes being replenished very quickly. Our room was comfortable and clean, kettle with tea, coffee, etc. Small fridge and safe. The pool area was clean, pool bar as you'd expect. We were in a studio on an upper floor which was great as we had a great view. We had to go to a couple of sets of steps to get to our room, which is not a problem, however it was for me coming down due to the lack of handrails. I am an older visitor and do need the reassurance of a handrail coming down steps.The steps were crazy paved and mostly even, but there was only a small handrails for the bottom few and then it stopped. It really needs to go all the way to the top of thd steps. I had this issue at the pool too. Some of the beds were on different levels, but I couldn't use them as there was no rails on the steps to the different levels. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, but sadly I couldn't return because of the handrail issue. I am very fit and have no problem with higher rise accommodation, we would actually request it for the views, but here should always be handrails on steps and stairs.

We have very mixed views on this resort We went with tui all inclusive and found that it would have been a better place for us if it was self catering. This is an issue I'm raising separately with tui. The resort location and views is perfect. We had a swim up for 3 room 105. The room was clean, but the bathroom needs a deep clean of sealant as its black. We always have an open mind when reading reviews before booking. Sometimes we do 3 star sometimes we book 5 star. We are flexible. However this resort is not a 3 star. The biggest let down was the food. Whilst it tasted good the choice for vegan or vegetarian was poor. 12 hot plates and only sides available vegan. Many hot plates and salads unlabelled, or poorly hand written labels. Breakfast was poor. One morning there was 7 different types of eggs! That's excessive. All inclusive cocktails really poor. Lobby bar closed. (Tui website stated open) restaurant could be booked at additional cost (not want tui website stated) We spoke to the rep who asked us to speak to the kitchen staff and for meal requests. As I'd booked all inclusive I do not want or feel I should be making demands for vegan vegetarian meals. The resort equipment is in need of upgrade, many items tired or broken. Pool table broken and the pool cues give you splinters. Most days the main pool water was cloudy, so we didnt venture in until last day, when i noticed the grime around the wall of pool. With a little thought this place could be amazing. The snack bar barely had any food. Ice cream is tasty. On day of check out they wouldn't give us a room to pay to keep on. Offered an outdoor shower. This was placed next to kitchen so I was stood there whilst deliveries happened. Then told I could use rest room at reception to change. It was only a toilet!!!! As for reception where the lobby bar is. Very poor. Families sitting in hot hot weather, barley any air-conditioning and the bar closed. Even though the bar had bottles of juice and alcohol placed, told only water allowed. We witness people struggling to sit there. It's not accessible for anyone with mobility as the main pool bar and restaurant is placed top steep hill. The gym equipment is all broken and dangerous. Had it not been for our swim up room we would have been miserable. We ended up out more than planned. I may return for only self catering. Complaint has been accepted by TUI and compensation awarded. What they advertise is not what you get. But that's not the resort fault.
