We have stayed here for a week The resort is beautiful , staff so helpful and will do anything to make your stay amazing ! Very clean everywhere, the pools are lovely & relaxing Food good although we could only eat in the main buffet restaurant as all the others were fully booked so best to book a week before you arrive, we did have a wine tasting evening with Georgia she was lovely and so much knowledge, highly recommend! Mosquitoes are a pain ! So make sure you bring plenty of repellent, If your looking for a quiet couples resort I would advise there are lots of families with children although this didn’t bother us too much, overall a wonderful relaxing stay thank you to all the amazing staff here ❤️

Really enjoyed this hotel. Went towards the end of October just before the hotel closed for the season. Outside temperature was 22’C each day so very pleasant. Our room was lovely (625). The pools were cold but once you were in it wasn’t too bad. They have a great water park for children, it’s not huge but kept my son and daughter entertained all day. The beach bar area is lovely and just a really nice place to relax. The staff were all great, in fact we found very little to fault our stay. Our only small criticism would be that whilst there is plenty of food options, the hot food could be hotter. We certainly would return!

We came last 3 days before they shut down for winter, there the hotel still had about 50% of rooms full yet a’la carte restaurants were closed down already apart from one There was a feeling that some staff had already checked out. We phoned and asked for more pillows and a blanket as there was only one pillow each, never heard anything more and didn’t get the items Staff were friendly overall, food was okay, decent but not fantastic. Outdoor pools were very cold and we weren’t allowed in to the indoor one as my son is 14 and that is adults only but there was no one there. They should make this indoor pool available to all from 1 October in my opinion when it is not so hot outside. The bed was super comfy!!! The tv only could access two English speaking channels. The thing we really didn’t like was them keeping animals in an inappropriate environment. They have two deer and a donkey in one small enclosure, looked sad. No greenery, just a dirt floor, some hay and water: in another enclosure they had two elk and one was limping, very sad. Doesn’t set the right tone for a happy holiday. Also there are stray cats on the resort and a distressed kitten was under a trolley near our room and cried the whole day there and then into the night. I phoned to tell the receptionist and someone came and took it away. I hope they were kind to it,

Still here, last day tomorrow. 2 adults 2 boys aged 14 & 12. If your like me when looking at hotels and takes you months deciding because your put off my negative reviews, I will for you do a very honest review of this hotel. We went last week of the season, everything was still open until the last day. Room- we are in 301 ground floor, private terrace and garden. Room is plenty big enough for us, boys in separate room and bathroom between, I found that they had everything that was needed and cleaned sufficiently, mini bar topped up daily with plenty of water. Did find that the one occasion we used the espresso machine the pods were not topped up. Beds comfy for us but only one pillow. Food - breakfast very good selection of food, omelettes made to order and found everything hot. I’m a very fussy eater, I don’t eat salad but found something every day to eat, salads looked gorgeous, a good variety and good quality food, I would say one negative and that there is not enough pudding selections, other than that food is superb. The A la carte restaurants are all very good, food hot and very tasty. Drinks - amazing selection of drinks including branded spirits, very good selection of wines throughout all restaurants, you can ask for wine menu in buffet and still order good wine, the wine tasting is worth doing and Georgia is very good. Cocktails spot on. Tea and good coffee available at all times. Facilities- so everything is spread out, all pools are very good the only issue we found with the water park is there was no bar so no cocktails, you have to walk about 5 minutes to the pool bar to get cocktails. There is soft drinks, beer and pancakes and ice cream available though. Beach bar is lovely and very good spot for late afternoon cocktails. Sun beds always available everywhere, no signs of people reserving sun beds. In fact no sign of those sort of people at all. Staff- Amazing staff can’t do enough. I’m not sure I would want to come in height of the season or pay the price for this but for what we paid for our week in October I am extremely happy with and can not recommend enough. Truly fantastic hotel that had touches of luxury. One negative not the hotels fault but wasps and mosquitos are a pain in the butt, I have only ever been bitten max 5 times in my 42 years of existence, I had that by day one. My husband on the other hand who normally gets eaten alive had only 2, he was taking B1 a week before and used spray daily so I think this helped him a lot. Another thing, bring jumpers for October, it gets chilly on the evenings and the restaurants are outside.

My wife and I have just returned from a week at this lovely all inclusive hotel. The hotel and facilities were fantastic but what really makes this resort so special is the staff. Everyone was so friendly,helpful and always smiling. The beach is lovely as are the pools. The buffet restaurant was great as were the individual restaurants, particularly the Asian and Italian. The only disappointment was the fine dining restaurant which we both found disappointing. The WiFi throughout the resort was excellent (even down the beach)! Thank you to everyone who are our stay so special.

Our family spent 11 days at this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay!! As soon as we arrived, we were kindly greeted and felt like home already. The staff especially Georgia from wine tastin was so professionell and well read. We learned so much about this art and had a great time!! Definitely worth doing! Such a nice person.
