Pretty little residence with potential... totally ruined by the disastrous customer service. It may not be a 5 star, but it is still shocking to find such an unpleasant and unhelpful staff. One of the members stood us up after committing to drive us to our bus for the airport, then lied to us about a negotiation she had done with the taxi company... even though it was the base price. In short, the rooms and the environment are very pretty, but obscured by the customer experience..

This hotel is built on a hill, with a very steep entrance. My rental car did not have a lot of power and had all trouble of the world to ‘climb’ the way upwards. (Small advice: make sure to enter with higher RPM and go for it). I would not recommend going all the way up, but park the car at the first parking level (If you decide to go up all the way to the lobby: the second climb is a very steep one, and there is no space to make a U-turn, hence you need to return backwards). Apart from that; what a wonderful place to stay: you have a very big apartment style 2-bedroom/2-bathroom place, that also included a small kitchen, dining area and a private porch. Breakfast is served at the top of the hotel, same location as the wonderful pool. Breakfast is great, and with a lot of choices and freshly made orange juice, fresh croissants, fruit,… and great cappuccino. The pool has a great – mandatory – shower, and a restroom, hence fully equipped to enjoy your time. Oh, I almost forgot, they serve drinks at the pool. All this service is amazing as there are only 8 or 10 rooms. I really enjoyed this ‘small scale’ facility. You have a lot of privacy, and even in July we were the only ones at breakfast at that time of the day (around 8:30-9:00) I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. You do need a car to enjoy your stay.

We spend a week in Pignolia Suites that we won’t forget. Super clean accommodation, breathtaking view and great people working there. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the breakfast of great quality. I reserved again for this autumn!

Eine wunderbare Anlage mit 8 Apartments,superschön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.Gut ausgestattet die Küche,bequemes Bett,separates WC und separate Dusche.Schöner Balkon mit Teilblick aufs Meer.Schöne Poolanlage mit kostenlosen Liegen,Handtücher und Pantoffeln.Besitzerehepaar unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Anlage ist auf eine Anhöhe über der Hauptstraße.Auto zwingend notwendig, da zu Fuß sehr anstrengend hochzukommen, außerdem ist nichts fussläufig in der Nähe.Nächster Strand zu Fuß im 10 Minuten erreichbar,allerdings muss man aufgrund das alles steil ist, gut zu Fuß sein.Für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht empfehlenswert. Wir waren von der Anlage begeistert. Anlage sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber.Frühstück wird nach Bedarf angeboten.

Situation, calme, équipement, décoration, jacuzi, amabilité de nos hôtes, tout était parfait. Il y a même une machine à laver le linge ! Nous y sommes restés 1 mois. Par contre la qualité des prestations de l entreprise de nettoyage et qui equipe les chambres, manque de qualité. Maria la propriétaire des lieux le sait et tente de trouver une solution. C'est uniquement pour cette dernière raison que nous n avons mis que 4, car sinon ce serait un 5/5 ! Merci à Maria et Adonis pour ce mois de bonheur !

6 Tage Auszeit an Kretas Südküste Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden unmittelbar oberhalb der zentralen Verkehrsachse an der Südküste. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil und endet an relativ engen Parkplätzen. (Empfehlenswert sind max. Mietwagen der Größe Kleinwagen). Die 8 Appartements liegen am Hang und sind sehr gut gestaltet, ausgerüstet und modern eingerichtet. Grundsätzlich fehlt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten sehr bequem, und modern. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Ganz so ruhig ist es nicht, da die Straße und eine momentane Baustelle nebenan ab und an für einen umfangreichen Geräuschpegel sorgen. Das Frühstück ist frisch zubereitet, schmeckt sehr gut und ist vollkommen ausreichend. Es wird an der Poolbar serviert. Alles in allem kann man sich hier sehr wohl fühlen.
