Extremely bad service. We were promised a different price upon booking but charged more on arrival. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The security guards were associated with locals. We were basically being treated very badly always.

The apartment is dirty ( floor with too much dust, they didn’t change the bed sheets from previous clients, some spiders in the seeling toilet is very dirty) no towel, hand soap provided, housekeeping they never come to clean if you didn’t ask and even you ask they don’t make it properly ( toilet and sink never been cleaned), the kitchen utensils most of them are broken and they still using it, very noisy we couldn’t sleep in the night as the music and the voice from the neighbors is vey loud even we complain but still they didn’t respect our privacy. I don’t recommend this place to families even the apartment is big but not comfortable, the WiFi signal is terrible. Management should have attention to details as so many things need to be repaired, the only good things i found there is the location and the staff in the reception, they’re very friendly and helpful.

I travelled alone and was given a huge room for just one person. The only downside is there was no internet in the room but only in the lobby, and NO swimming pool, it’s quiet and very boring. But staff was good, many meeting rooms and it’s purely for people who are traveling on business either alone or a team of staff. I was there 3 days and so was my competitors. It’s part of an educational institution in the UK I believe. Overall not bad but if you’re wanting a holiday then it’s not for you.

Una gran decepción, el baño estaba sucio, con la alcachofa sucia, pelos pegados en la mámpara y esta no cerraba para poder ducharse, había una toalla sucia y tirada en el armario, los dos utensilios que había en la cocina estaban sucios al igual que el fregadero. No había agua caliente disponible para la ducha. Pero lo peor, es que encontramos dos cachorros abandonados de apenas 2 meses y tras decirnos que se podían quedar en el hotel hasta que la protectora de animales viniese a por ellos, los echaron a la calle, mintiendonos a nosotros y poniendo en peligro la vida de los cachorros. Una vergüenza de hotel, el peor trato que haya podido recibir jamás.

Très bon hotel , le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.Je conseille très fortement. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend .Les chambres étaient confortables , les repas étaient bons, l'hotel est bien organisé. Et le plus important c'est qu'il est situé en plein centre ville.
