Large room with mountain view for a good price, outside or inside parking space (not incl. in room rate). The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and at no point did she mention any spa or gym… I only discovered the gym on one of her security screens when checking out! The restaurant was closed, only breakfast was available, and the waitress was nice. Everything works but is a bit outdated. You can hear your neighbours move and yawn in their room very well… It would be a nice 3*, but it’s not up to 4* expectations.

This is a good hotel, rooms are clean. The food is of very good quality and has a lot of variety. Breakfast is worth definitely 4 stars. Though, in all fairness, the hotel is outdated, I do not mean worn out. As everything is well maintained. But the restaurant, lobby and bar area have more of an elderly home than a ski hotel. There is no ambiance. Staff is friendly and helpful. In all yes a good hotel, but no it is not a 4 star hotel. Price is too high which sets the expectations and those cannot be met unfortunately.

Nice week end in this hotel. The negative part was at the reception. The reception manager, she was invasive during the breakfast. The assistant was arrogant and need to smile. And i had to wait 30 min for some melon.

My husband and I stayed at this ‘hotel’ for a skiing trip. It was beyond disappointing. The hotel is in need of major refurbishment , it’s a relic of the 70s. The rooms are tired and shabby, A homage to Pine. The reception areas are not inviting, the restaurant area is like a canteen ! We had one breakfast and afterwards decided just to have breakfast up the mountain a much better experience. It was like ‘ Fawlty Towers’. Whoever checked you in could also serve you breakfast or turn up to clean the room. It’s obviously run on a shoestring. It’s not a 4 star establishment . We were happy to check out . It’s a total rip off. Steer clear.

Our stay at Beau-Site in Adelboden was a coincidence. As we had to leave our first hotel early we called Beau-Site to reservate a room on the same day as arrival and they offered professional service from start. The staff (reception, kitchen, service, cleaning, laundry) were all so kind and helpful. They even offered to upgrade us to a junior suite for the same price because they thought our first room (ordinary room for 2) was small for us. We decided to stay in our first room as it had a magical view from our own terrace and pretty day light. The rooms were renovated and fresh. Good cleaning service. Breakfast was good with a magical panoramic view of the mountains and waterfall. It was a bit over our budget, but in the end we thought it was so worth it! We stayed four nights and would happily come back again!

I made a fairly late decision to visit Adelboden for a week long skiing trip with my son and a friend. I had stayed at the Beausite previously, so it was my first choice. Although the hotel has changed ownership since my last visit we certainly weren’t disappointed. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late on a Sunday night but we still received a very warm welcome. Our rooms were very clean and well presented and were perfectly adequate and comfortable after a long day skiing. The bathroom was perhaps starting to look a little old fashioned compared with some of the big chain hotels but was perfectly clean, well appointed and functional. The buffet breakfast offered a good range, with cereals, yogurt, meats, cheeses and bread as well as freshly cooked eggs, omelettes and bacon to order. We had dinner most evenings from the set menu, which was good value and very enjoyable. We also tried the fondue in the vintage bus one evening, which was excellent too. All the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I thank Omi and his team for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable. I am sure we will return soon!

Personnel très avenant et accueillant. Très jolie hôtel avec des chambres bien décoré, propre et spacieuse. L'isolation entre chambre peut être améliorée mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. L'hôtel est bien situé tout proche de la ville de la station de ski à laquelle on peut s'y rendre à pied. Nous avons eu un super bon séjour dans ce magnifique cadre de chalet de luxe. Je retiendrai l'amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel avenant. Je conseille cet hôtel et je leur souhaite bonne continuation.

Leider hat man uns als Gäste im Restaurant nicht begrüssen wollen. Der Wertgutschein, welcher übrigens kurz davor bezahlt wurde, konnte nur für eine Übernachtung im DZ eingelöst werden. Es bestand keine Flexibilität seitens der Betriebsleitung und man sagte uns, das Hotel sei dazu nicht verpflichtet den Gutschein für Essen und Getränke einzulösen. Wir waren unglaublich überrascht, hätten gerne das Hotel kennengelernt und vielleicht sogar unsere nächsten SkiFerien dort verbracht. Wenn man Gäste so zurückweisen kann, hat man wohl keine neuen Kunden nötig. Sehr schade. Wir werden das Hotel ganz sicher nicht mehr aufsuchen und den Gutschein wohl oder übel verschenken: weiterhin können wir als gut ausgebildete Hoteliers nicht nachvollziehen, was der Eigentümer mit dieser Gangart beabsichtigt. Leider keine gute Reputation.
