i have stayed for two weeks at debredamo hotel, it was a wonderful and amazing time i have spent,, many thanks for your hospitality. Keep going it is good hotel for every thing. I enjoyed very much.it was quiet and comfortable..............

I stayed at Debre Damo Hotel for 5 nights. One of the most famous hotels is Debre Damo Hotel. It has amazing service and an amazing gym and steam room. There is also an amazing meeting facility, there is a hall that can hold 500 people and it is close to the airport. And thank you very much for my stay.

I was their for about 10 days, room is perfect with full facility and bathroom amenities .I enjoy the the sauna and steam GYM & MASAGE is their as well . I recommend for business travelers .the location is very accessible to move every part of the city . hopefully I will be back

Hello team Greetings I stayed your hotel for 10 hours because i had layover by Ethiopia airline When we reach at the hotal the welcoming was not good at all I thought they think its layover so we don’t have to gave importance The one gentleman was in recaption when I asked him for my meal he said what time you are coming I said afternoon and i have to go back airport at 10 pm so he said so why you are asking then it was not only with me he gave reply to everyone which one was from same flight I was quite surprised because in any hotel they can’t welcome like this Second thing the staff has not communication front office staff said they have buffet but restaurants staff said they don’t have The room was ok but not good door was stucking window was broken This was my feedback and i hope you will work on this issue

Extremely dirty hotel, the rooms stank and the carpets were stained , faulty toilet that won’t flush , smelly room ,stale smell. Won’t recommend them. Stained tiles in the bathroom. Shame on Ethiopian airlines for recommending them.

Where do I start with this hotel? Everything about it was absolutely terrible. The room I was given was dirty and cold. The bed had human hair under the sheets. I could not believe my eyes when I saw what was under the sheets. The wireless in the room is non existent. Asking for help from the support staff at the hotel lobby was difficult. Ethiopia Airlines is a huge carrier and for them to put their guests in such hotel shows the highest neglect. The food was awful and dry and with no indication on how it is run. Nobody tells you anything. All in all, this was the worst experience i have ever had and the staff made it unbearable with lack of hospitality and blatant disrespect to customers. Rude customer service,, dirty rooms and cold. Worst experience in my traveling life! Ethiopia Airlines know this but don’t care!

Normally you would expect to be conned using a taxi service the first time in any city but to be conned by the hotel staff is a first for me as seasoned traveller. Arrived on 31st July 2022 at 4pm. Asked Female staff at reception for taxi for dinner at Hilton Hotel at 7 pm. She pretended to make calls but said telephone line not working. She offered alternative so called hotel staff taxi, which I later found cost twice as much as the Addis version of Uber, which Hilton reception staff called for me to return to the hotel. The room as no shampoo or conditioners or tooth paste. The hotel does not stock it in its shop so arriving on Sunday meant no shops open. With my main luggage in transit frustrating. Breakfast was very poor buffet. The Gym and Spa are over priced at $15 for one time use. Ditto: Internet is very poor in rooms.

Estive neste hotel num layover longo em um voo da Ethiopian, foi fornecido "grátis" pela companhia aérea. Você recebe o que você paga: é um hotel bem simples e velho. Mas era limpo e confortável o suficiente para passar a noite. As refeições são bem simples, sem muita variedade. O wi-fi era bem ruim, lento e às vezes não funcionava.

La Compagnia Ethiopian Airlines a causa di un guasto tecnico ci ha trasportati in questo hotel. Sporcizia, incuria. Mancanza di kit per il bagno. Servizi scadenti. A colazione non c'era più il burro... ristorante meglio tacere. Insomma, un'esperienza da dimenticare dal ritorno di jn bel viaggio. Difficilmente volete ancora con la compagnia aerea etiope.
