장점으로는 직원들이 매우 좋고 둘 다 훌륭하다는 점이 있습니다. 바닥은 장애인에게는 다소 위험하고 인식이 부족합니다. 내부 계단이 있어 안전하지 않고 미끄럽습니다. 욕실은 불편하고 사용하기 어렵습니다. 조심하세요.

Beautiful location with wonderful view from the room, we had 505.Very friendly service, good freshly prepared food and breakfast. Generous pool area perfect to relax after visiting the temple which can be reached walking on well kept, safe and quiet streets. Tuk-tuk available for a pleasant trip, we found Abdullah with a clean and well kept Tuk-tuk a very good driver.

General Manager Essam leads an excellent team always available to offer assistance and to ensure that guests are cared for. Special mention to the restaurant managers Tarek and colleagues. Superb view of the lake. Well done! ***************************

I have been lucky enough to be able to visit this magnificent hotel many times. Everything there is good, right from the moment we are greeted at the nice reception with pleasant and professional service. The rooms are large and comfortable, clean and nice. The pools and outdoor area are absolutely beautiful with an incredibly good view. The food is excellent and dedicated staff make it a pleasure to enjoy. The place definitely has my recommendation.

Most disappointing hotel which is a shame to the great hospitality of Egypt. 1. The hotel is run down, dirty and not maintained. 2. When we checked in the room there were hairs all over the bathroom, the bed sheets were clearly not changed and the room was dusty as if it has not been cleaned since the ancient kingdom on Egypt. 3. The staff doesn’t seem to bother if something is not working. 4. There were empty food plates from someone else’s room service outside our room which stayed there for the whole day. 5. The Buffett dinner is inedible and should only be eaten if you have been starving for days. 6. The rooms are not sound proof. Overall this hotel exists and survives only because of the magnificent Abu simbel temples and no other viable option. Hopefully some other hotel with better service and hospitality will come up soon.
