I have lived here for just under 3-years and have been in an excellent position to witness the activities of the staff over a prolonged period. With only limited and isolated exceptions, the current Rotana team is superior, whether it is front of house, the hospitality staff, or housekeeping, everyone delivers excellent service to the customers and are wonderful ambassadors for the Rotana brand. I would especially like to highlight the superior efforts of Nursida and Tracey who have looked after me so well. I just couldn't do what I do without their care and attention. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s likely one of the most affordable Four Season properties - yet the service is absolutely incredible and five stars! We stayed for two nights in layover on route to our baby moon. The room had a treat and acknowledgment of our babymoon. I had a massage at the spa which was great. The pool was nice and had good service (staff immediately brought some cold water in a cooler and there is sun screen available for guests). We are at the steak house one night which was also lovely. Overall I can say all of the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional and we felt so well taken care of. We liked the location as the hotel is attached to a nice mall. We were able to take regular taxi to some Tourist sites and that was easy and decent prices. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

사실 이 호텔에 대한 안좋은 피드백을 남기고 싶은 생각은 여러가지가 있어서 이 호텔에 대한 기대를 하고 있었는데, 엄마랑 같이 왔을 때 갑자기 호텔이 이 호텔의 사진과 현실이 맞지 않는 것 같아서 노력하고 있었어요 예약을 취소하려고 했는데 여행에 몇 가지 정책이 있었고 리셉션 직원이 너무 정중하고 전문적이어서 제 방을 해변을 향한 발코니가 있는 아주 멋진 방으로 바꿨습니다. 엄마가 그 방을 좋아하셔서 마음이 바뀌었습니다. 며칠 동안 떠나기 시작하면 정말 좋은 호텔이고, 사람들은 예의 바르고 정중하며, 항상 웃으며 최선을 다하고 있다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 뷔페는 훌륭했습니다. 맛있는 식사를 요리해 주신 셰프님께 감사드리며 우리는 그것을 좋아합니다. 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 엄마랑 많이 먹었습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 신선하고 깨끗했어요!!!! 방은 매우 깨끗했고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 정중했습니다. 특히 Mohammed는 내 방 514를 청소하고 있었습니다. 그는 매우 친절하고 빛나는 눈으로 매우 정중했습니다!!!! 우리 엄마는 우리가 많이 즐겼던 곳을 좋아하고 보안이 도움이 되고 정중했습니다!!!! 고마워요 여러분 우리 정말 즐거웠어요!!!! 다음번에도 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

It was a great pleasure staying for 2 nights at Majlis Grand Mercure Residence for official visit. Manal and team went out of the way to ensure early check in at 12pm and upgrade the rooms to one bedroom apartment with separate living room, kitchen. Very kind of them to upgrade room without asking for it. It is located right at the heart of the city and close to Corniche. 👍👍

The hotel was in a perfect location for us the vibes also it was nice unfortunately that’s where the positive ends. The reception staff were abrupt and unfriendly on check in and dont have ethics on phone, The room was definitely no more than 2 star quality which is for 280 in UAE its like nothing (looks like hostel) but the main thing its not about the room or lication but the service it was there. The staff attitude it was very poor they dont know even how to talk with a guest, i have some short story regarding their facilities and i was reauesting about smart tv coz that time i need to watch something on youtube ( even i mention i just need 2 hrs only) but the way they are answering it was so rude (first time they said they gonna send someone with the tv i still remember “don’t worry mam we will sent someone with smart tv” butttt after 3 hrs nobody come and i call back, after 2times call engineering come and tell me he cannot do anything, and i call again to recepetion with hoping they can help me with this case as i mention i just 2 hrs for that, but unfortunatly i just get some bamboo from your staff hotel😅 i was wondering how they are so dare treat a guest with rude attitude and talking without manner ( i cannot mention his name coz when i ask his name he cannot mention that, but i belive he is arabic and was in the reception, i remember when i do check in he is was there stand without smile make a face and that is so ugly!)he is really really rude and talking without manner, if i there as manager i’ll find out and check the attitude of my staff, of course i’ll not let him still working there coz makes the hotel name bad, only the indian guy was so better even he cannot give me the solution ( he said i need to pay for solution) its mean they dont have any solution. Actually for me easly to catch that guy but i dont have time for this thing. Also please mantain your staff to pickup the call coz i need more than 5 times to talk with them. And i hope this complaint find General Manager directly. Thank you

Friendly staff but the hotel feels more like a 2 star and not a three star, for example, you need to request an iron and slippers. They don’t have lotion. Breakfast could be better. I guess because I was here during winter, the staff were too busy to respond quickly. Overall, and considering the cost, I’d recommend this hotel as a budget hotel with a good location.

우리는 처음에 2020년에 단 1개월 동안 체크인했지만 covid로 인해 1년 이상 머물렀습니다. 매우 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 모든 직원은 특히 Mr. Austin과 Mr. Shibu가 매우 친절하고 효율적입니다. 그들은 항상 도움을 줄 것입니다. 하우스 키핑 서비스도 다른 호텔에 비해 매우 좋습니다. 나는 관광 클럽 지역의 대부분의 호텔, Mazlish, Al Manzel, Oriental에 머물렀지만 Ivory는 가족을 위한 최고의 호텔 중 하나입니다.
