The hotel was in a perfect location for us the vibes also it was nice unfortunately that’s where the positive ends. The reception staff were abrupt and unfriendly on check in and dont have ethics on phone, The room was definitely no more than 2 star quality which is for 280 in UAE its like nothing (looks like hostel) but the main thing its not about the room or lication but the service it was there. The staff attitude it was very poor they dont know even how to talk with a guest, i have some short story regarding their facilities and i was reauesting about smart tv coz that time i need to watch something on youtube ( even i mention i just need 2 hrs only) but the way they are answering it was so rude (first time they said they gonna send someone with the tv i still remember “don’t worry mam we will sent someone with smart tv” butttt after 3 hrs nobody come and i call back, after 2times call engineering come and tell me he cannot do anything, and i call again to recepetion with hoping they can help me with this case as i mention i just 2 hrs for that, but unfortunatly i just get some bamboo from your staff hotel😅 i was wondering how they are so dare treat a guest with rude attitude and talking without manner ( i cannot mention his name coz when i ask his name he cannot mention that, but i belive he is arabic and was in the reception, i remember when i do check in he is was there stand without smile make a face and that is so ugly!)he is really really rude and talking without manner, if i there as manager i’ll find out and check the attitude of my staff, of course i’ll not let him still working there coz makes the hotel name bad, only the indian guy was so better even he cannot give me the solution ( he said i need to pay for solution) its mean they dont have any solution. Actually for me easly to catch that guy but i dont have time for this thing. Also please mantain your staff to pickup the call coz i need more than 5 times to talk with them. And i hope this complaint find General Manager directly. Thank you

호텔이 마음에 들어서 빨리 체크인했습니다. 룸 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 욕실과 주방에는 물, 차, 커피, 크림, 주전자, 샴푸, 젤, 헤어드라이어, 컨디셔너 등 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 위치는 해변 아부다비 몰, 슈퍼마켓 근처에 좋습니다. 1층은 클럽이라 조금 시끄러운데 방에서는 안 들려요. 전반적으로 추천합니다

Friendly staff but the hotel feels more like a 2 star and not a three star, for example, you need to request an iron and slippers. They don’t have lotion. Breakfast could be better. I guess because I was here during winter, the staff were too busy to respond quickly. Overall, and considering the cost, I’d recommend this hotel as a budget hotel with a good location.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

모든 것이 훌륭했습니다! 우리는 또한 수영장 옥상에있는 호텔에서 좋은 휴식을 취했습니다. 훌륭한 직원, 특히 멋진 Ishan Anuradha는 체육관과 수영장에서 모두 도움을 주었고 일회용 식기, 일반적으로 훌륭한 사람을주었습니다! 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다! 수영장 옥상에있는 호텔에서 좋은 휴식, 특히 훌륭한 직원을 돌보는 훌륭한 직원, 특히 고급 Ishan Anuradha는 체육관과 수영장에서 도움을 주었고 단 한 접시, 훌륭한 사람을주었습니다!

Had a few drinks in the Black Pearl in the wonderful All Raha Beach Hotel. We decided to eat after a recommendation from Joni. The food and service was amazing and can't thank Joni enough. We will definitely be back. Many thanks Joni
