From the moment we walked through the door of Marks At The Manor it was a total WOW. The attention to detail, the cleanliness and the thought that went into this apartment to make it a home from home. Our Labrador, Angus, settled in straight away and found the automatic bin fascinating. Spencer the hoover, however, was eyed on with suspicion!! He took to "Alexa living" a lot sooner than I did! Richard has thought of everything even down to a link for a local taxi company. The apartment is situated across from the River Dee, which has excellent walks, taking you to Duthie Park, amongst many other places. We were lucky with the weather, temperatures being 22°C to 24°C. Brilliantly situated for Asda and main circuit in and out of the city.

The minute we walked into our ground floor apartment we were blown away.All we could say was Wow! wow! wow! Everything inside it was perfect. The owner Richard is a fantastic host who has put his heart and soul into ensuring his guest's are given a 5 star experience.He has impeccable taste it's obvious that he aims to please his guest's. He has thought very carefully about ensuring his guests are comfortable and happy. Nothing is to much trouble for Richard he goes the extra mile for his guests and is always available to answer any questions. Thank You Richard

Was let down last minute on an Airbnb booking when family decided to come to aberdeen for my work for a few days. The Airbnb host didn’t realise their listing was allowing guests to book infants. Anyways Richard at Marks at the Manor sorted me when I emailed him kate at night and everything was in place a few hours later. The apartment is stunning and spotless. The best short term let we’ve stayed. If the dates and the prices suit you, then get this booked ASAP

When we entered our ground floor apartment all we could say was WOW! To say we were delighted is an understatement. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable luxury stay. Our host Richard is a lovely man who kept us fully informed and was always available to answer any question we had. Richard contacted us before our stay to offer us a welcome hamper for a small fee all M&S products he has a standard list that you can tweak to suite your own taste, you can also request extras for an added fee. There are allocated Parking Areas for each numbered apartment at no extra charge. The living room is very comfortable. We liked having the kitchen and living room area in the one space. The bed is so comfortable we got the best sleep in that bed. The shower room is beautiful with two shower head options. The bathroom and bedroom has lots of good storage. They also have a handy trouser press. Oh I almost forgot there is also a small washer dryer if my memory serves me right the instructions are on the inside of the soap drawer.You can book direct with confidence. You don't need to go through other agents. We highly recommend this fabulous accommodation.

If you are looking for total luxury then these apartments are for you. We had booked to stay 2 nights but ended up staying an extra night because we did not want to leave. Richard is a fantastic host and is very friendly and helpful before and during your stay. He has put so much thought into making these apartments so luxurious and it is a “techies heaven” with all the smart gadgets and technology throughout. Especially loved the Alexa controlled mood lighting and music in every room and loved meeting Spencer every morning at 11am when he came and cleaned the floors. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The apartment is well equipped with crockery and utensils to cater for your dining needs. We were celebrating a special anniversary and Richard had our requested champagne on ice and our favourite music playing in the background on our arrival. We had our dog with us and the apartment is in a great location for plentiful dog walks with the riverside walk straight across the road and Duthie Park less than 10 minutes walk away. We left here feeling totally chilled, relaxed and refreshed and can’t wait to return to Marks @ The Manor and are already booking our next stay.
