Ho soggiornato in questo splendido hotel nel cuore di Abano terme, per una settimana con la mamma. È stata indimenticabile in tutto per non dire impeccabile. Dal servizio alla pulizia, tutto curato e pulitissimo, dalle camere alla piscina e alla sala ristorante. Personale preparato, gentile e cordiale, attento ad ogni nostra richiesta o necessità. Ma la vera nota significativa è stato il ristorante. Cibo eccellente, di prima qualità, dalla colazione alle cene tutto squisito con una vastissima offerta di prodotti del territorio. Ci ritorneremo soprattutto per questo, mai mangiato meglio in vita nostra. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne klassische Ausstattung. Der Service hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt. Nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Beim Check-In mussten wir erfahren, dass wir für unsere 5jährige Tochter extra 100,- EUR pro Nacht in unserer gebuchten Junior-Suite bezahlen müssen. Sie benötigt kein extra Bett, frühstückt ein Brötchen und hat in 4 Nächten 3 Handtücher gebraucht. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hatte trotz allem guten zureden keine Gnade. Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gelaufen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich nach einem Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gesucht habe. Ich hatte mich dann nicht gewundert, dass nur 2 Personen auf der Bestätigung standen, da wir in Deutschland ja per Zimmer und nicht per Person zahlen. Die Dame begleitet uns dann aufs Zimmer. Als wir sie batten ein Lagen über beide Betten zu legen, sagte sie kein Problem, ging und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Vorher hatte sie darauf bestanden uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns alles zu erklären. Uns wurde also weder WLAN noch der wunderschöne SPA Bereich erklärt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr distanziert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Gäste viel freundlicher behandelt wurden. Ich denke, wir waren nicht die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wir werden dorthin nie wieder zurückkehren und ich ärgere mich über die 1400,- EUR, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben. Wir wollten das Hotel eigentlich nutzen um uns nach langen Messtagen etwas zu erholen. Das war nicht der Fall.

I stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but was dreadfully disappointed. The indoor pool area was gross - literally hundreds of wet towels piled on top of chaise lounges - I've never seen so many dirty towels in my life. The pool room is dark and dingy, giving off a creepy vibe. The outdoor pools are better, but some are in need of refurbishment. Although it's a health spa, the general health of most of the guests did not look particularly good. The landscaping needs attention as well - overgrown grass and weeds everywhere. The lobby and public areas are clean. The food in the bistro is okay, but low considering the high standard in this part of Italy. Breakfast is another nightmare - not enough food on the messy and disorganized buffet; rude and pushy guests, very low quality food - most looked unappetizing or inedible. The front desk is competent but had to be pressed to do anything a little extra, but the attitude vastly improved when a tip was offered. The rooms are clean and basic - nothing luxurious at all. We had a top level room on the 4th floor, so it was spacious, but the bed was overly firm and uncomfortable. No idea how this is a five star - it seems that a hotel can self classify - it's on par with a large Hyatt in the states.

I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m

I have written a lot about Abano this year because I have fallen deeply in love with this magical place, where anxiety is dissolved in stillness and well-being, where I take refuge in dreaming, lulled by its waters and times. I reached the 29th night, I met 8 hotels, almost all very good, some excellent, I became fond of the Verdi and the Trieste, but this time, by chance, I came across the Bristol Buja and it was an experience unlike any other, I can't explain, you know that intangible feeling of feeling happy and satisfied when everything is perfect? That had never happened to me. Some feelings have to be experienced, I will try to translate them into words. I could start with the room: exactly as requested, on the second floor near the elevator with appreciated upgrade from Basic to Classic. I could go on to the restaurant: as a lactose intolerant person, I always prefer vegan dishes and here they have a BWell menu that is fabulous, not like those sad vegan dishes put just as a sop. And the appetizer and fruit buffets? Immense. The menu? The best recipes from the Italian culinary tradition. The pastries? So far I've only ever seen one dessert in all the hotels; here there are three plus other fixed like homemade gelato or crème caramel. The breakfast? Excellent, the way I like it, all of their own making, the only hotel where they make croissants and don't buy them frozen. They even keep them warm so they don't go moldy. The juice you find in the other 5 stars? Great idea, but now in summer, it's not the season, no point, here they give a BWell extract, there you pay it. Let's turn to the dining service, almost always a sore point. The best! Gentlemen, where else do you see pure guèridon service performed with such elegance and skill by long-time professionals? Mr. Paolo, many congratulations. The pools? Beautiful, one dedicated only to whirlpools. The indoor one with a dramatic rooftop window. The sunbeds? Both indoor and outdoor with the mattress, with none other than the umbrella. The spa? New and all kinds. The lobby? Large, with satin sofas and Persian rugs everywhere. The breakfast room? New with an outdoor terrace. The Dining Room? Amazingly comfortable upholstered chairs with armrests and the most beautiful set of dishes I have ever seen in my life. Want to have a good time? Evening with pleasant musical entertainment. Don't feel like it? A bocce court, a tennis court and a mini golf course. Not even that, want to go out? No problem, in the room on the coffee table or next to the elevator a rich bulletin board of events, excursions, museums, habit now gone. All excellent. Staff excellent and helpful as always Have attended the hotel for 50 years and it has always fulfilled my expectations. Quality of food has always been excellent however I was disappointed to see that certain favourite items have disappeared from the buffet for example the canned sgumbro mackerel/tuna and the pickled shallots make only an occasional appearance whereas used to be daily. Still a quality feast Would heartily recommend this hostel to anyone who wishes to feel they are being entertained and pampered and are residing at a personal luxury residence rather than a hotel Looking forward to my next visit!!! A perfect hotel only found on the web and it has completely satisfied me.A very competent staff,an excellent restaurant (thanks to Ivan) and a very good health center (thanks to Lorella) make the hotel at the top ranking.I used only the roof pool but perfect for my need.Thank you for making feel like at home.
