호텔 유로파 테르메(Europa Terme Boutique Hotel)

We had a wonderful stay at Europa Terme Boutique Hotel. This was our second visit to the hotel and we are planning to come back next year. I would highly recommend the hotel and spa. Great location and value.

Every time you visit the Europe Hotel, you find yourself in an atmosphere of home comfort and warmth. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere begins with the Reception, where all the staff (Mr. Angelo, Mrs. Beatriz, Mr. Claudio, Mrs. Rossana, Mr. Sandro) greet each hotel guest like an old friend and buddy. They are always ready to advise on accommodation and room accommodation, help and tell the hotel guest where and what to see around Abano Terme. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant, the whole team of waiters works great in the halls. Many thanks to the head of this team, Mr. Kristian. We would like to say a huge thank you to Mr. Marino and Mr. Stefano for their professionalism and human warmth towards all hotel guests. I would like to say a special thank you to the person who ensures the cleanliness and beauty of the mineral water pool, the cleanliness and beauty of all the recreation areas around the pool, the person who does not stop for a minute. This is Mr. Andrea. A person with a perpetual motion machine who is constantly in motion. He cleans, washes, cleans, creates comfort and a pleasant atmosphere in the pool area. Many more words of gratitude could be written about the other employees of the Hotel Europe (maids, bar workers, massage therapists and mud bath workers). But all this magnificent work of the hotel staff would not have been possible if it were not for the most important person, Mr. Francesco Tognin. This is the owner of the Europe Hotel, who has created such an excellent team of workers and welcomes every hotel visitor as the most valuable guest in his home. We have visited the Europe Hotel 5 times already and each time we receive a charge of energy, warmth and kindness. Thanks a lot to all of you for your work. I've been lucky enough to ravel the world for many years for work and leisure and stayed in many top hotels in many countries, but Europa Terme Hotel beats them all, without any doubt. The outstanding premises, the exquisite courtesy of the personnel, the food make me feel almost better than at home!

It as a comfortable hotel and our room was spacious. Bathrooms were excellent but beds were beyond firm and really hard. They need to repair front entrance round recessed carpet that several people were tripping over including myself.

This is our third visit to the Europa Hotel and we want to express our deep gratitude for the warm family atmosphere that all the hotel staff create for each guest. Delicious food prepared by the hotel's chefs, exquisite serving of dishes to the table by waiters, candlelit dinners accompanied by "live" piano music create a pleasant mood. There are wonderful receptions with champagne and snacks, wine tasting, which are held in a special hall of the hotel. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel "Europe" for the fact that he gathered professionals in his field into one team. It is a very cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The area around the hotel is nicely maintained and clean. Almost all guests were Italiens. The town was pretty closed in week 30 and it was hard to find open restaurants and shops. From week 31 there was more life in the hotel and in the city. The restaurants opened and so did several shops. The life of the city seems adapted to Italy's (for us) late holiday season.

Overall great hotel. The service for the meals was horrible. Our 2nd night we waited an hour at our table was no one would even bring a menu.

A questo punto, il mio l'Hotel preferito ad Abano. Lo definisco "l'hotel perfetto" perché, anche volendo, è davvero impossibile trovare qualcosa che non va. Non vedo l'ora di poterci ritornare, per potermi rilassare, circondata da persone squisite in un ambiente elegante.

Non è la prima volta che veniamo ed è sempre tutto perfetto. La qualità è la cortesia fanno da padrone e l’ambiente è stupendo. Da provare!!!
