Good service, good location, good breakfast, nice room. In general we had a nice stay. Just one small thing: our room is near the main street, so it's quite noisy at night. That makes us not easy to sleep well.

This was our second visit as the location is perfect. It is close to bus stops, the cathedral area and a pedestrianised shopping street.there is a taxi rank right opposite. On the doorstep are a couple of nice cafes, an ice cream parlour, two great German bakeries and even a Subway and a McDonalds for those who want something familiar. The rooms are a good size with a good shower and lovely neroli and bergamot liquid soap and shampoo dispensers. The air conditioning is efficient - some might find it noisy but it’s a white noise which didn’t bother us. The quilts are really think so we took ours out of the cover and just used that as our stay coincided with the Sept heatwave. There is a kettle and sachets in the room which we gratefully made use of. Breakfast was great. We didn’t have any of the hot food but the cold meats and cheeses were a good selection and the breads were nice. The fruit salad was excellent and the latte coffee from the machine very good. Ordinary coffee was available on the tables but the machine offered cappuchino, latte etc. The tea wasn’t so good - great choice again, but any Uk based person going for the English Breakfast option will be disappointed. We saw a little bar area but it never appeared to be open - we were there mid-week in Sept, so maybe it’s a peak season/weekend thing. The staff were friendly and our request for an extra pillow each was met immediately. This is the place we will always try to book when coming to Aachen

우리는 2023년 5월에 Mercure Aachen Europaplatz에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 이것은 영국에서 본까지의 여행에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 호텔은 좋은 위치에 있으며 고속도로와 매우 가깝고 Aachen에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 체크인은 빠르고 매우 효율적이었습니다. 매우 도움이되고 유쾌하고 우리를 매우 환영한다고 느끼게 한 직원. 우리는 장애인 방을 포함하여 2 개의 방을 가지고있었습니다. 둘 다 아주 잘 배치되어 있습니다. 깨끗하고 기능적이며 매우 편안합니다. 장애인 방은 내가 여행하는 여동생에게 완벽한 젖은 방 스타일이었습니다. 충분한 공간과 잘 배치되어 있습니다. 침대가 예상보다 약간 낮다는 것이 유일한 단점이었습니다. 우리는 저녁에 레스토랑에서 먹었고 음식은 매우 즐거웠습니다. 직원들은 특히 휠체어용 테이블을 설치하는 데 매우 도움이 되었으며 전반적으로 좋은 가치인 것 같았습니다. 아침 식사는 아침에 포함되었지만 선택의 폭이 매우 제한적이었지만 우리가 마무리 시간에 가까워졌을 때 그랬을 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 이것은 쉬운 접근, 좋은 주차, 친절한 직원, 멋진 객실 및 좋은 가치를 제공하는 매우 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 기회가 있다면 주저하지 않고 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

DSH 시험장 맞은편은 시험장에 들어가는 시간이 오래 걸리기 때문에 9시까지 자고 시험장에 가서 아침을 먹고도 너무 늦어 시험장 밖 상황을 볼 수 있고, 그리고 행사장에 입장하신 후 지하로 내려가시면 됩니다. dsh 시험을 보기 위해 aachen에 오는 것은 매우 적합합니다. 어린이 신발. 호텔 구성은 상당히 만족스럽습니다.

Friendly and clean hotel. Very comfy beds. Pillows a bit hard. One towel was dirty and it took 20mins and 2 calls for someone to come to change it. Despite Gold status they wanted 4,50 Euro for a water bottle! Sweets in the reception area for free. Beautiful Christmas tree. Sights within walking distance. Train station 5mins away. But 169 Euro for one night (Saturday-Sunday) are too much for an Ibis and should include the breakfast. But the breakfast here costs 15 Euro extra per person.
