This is an outstanding hotel. It is located across the street from the train station, but is incredibly quiet. The place is immaculate and the interior design is very well done. The hotel was remodeled in 2021 and it looks brand new. Staff was very attentive and fluent in English. The room was decent sized for a European hotel. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checking out so we could tour Dresden before taking a train out of town. It's one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in recent years

The location was perfect and the price was suitable for me. There was enough USB and power outlets for everyone. There was also a mirror and a place to hang clothes (e.g. jackets). There were also a fewer hangers than the people in the room but it was ok during my stay; only one other person and myself used them. There were also 6 locker compartments, which was very useful, but you have to buy your own lock. You can buy it from the lobby but in my case they were out of stock so I bought from Rossman, and thankfully I still had time to get one before they close. So, it's better to buy your own lock and use it in your travel. However, being in an 8-bed room with others meant that the toilet was not always clean because of different people using it, having different standards, and the smell in the room was not very good and needed ventilation and something to protect others when someone in the room is sick. So, I would suggest putting leaflets and using controlled rules. Also, the one who used the bed before me has left the pillow and blanket unorganized and with his own dirty cover, so I had to remove them and tidy them before putting mine. I believe, these should be cleaned and tidied up before me. Also, the heater's knob had no numbers so I couldn't know on which level it is. Also, the attitude of the first person I met at the reception desk was not very good at the beginning, but afterwards I didn't have to talk deal a lot with them. I wouldn't recommend a&o's App for usability, but I used to check-in while on the way. However, when I arrived, it was difficult to use the self check-in terminal. It prints a paper with my room number asking me to confirm it, but how do I know the room number in the first place before checking in?? also, whoever used it before me had not taken his printed receipt, so when I had to take the paper, I took also this receipt, with amounts that are not mine, so it was confusing. When I went to the reception clerk and asked him, he first misunderstood and started the checkin based on that wrong receipt. When I started to notice that, I told him (again) that this receipt is not mine, so he asked me (with quiet frustration) ”then why are you showing me this?” and then asked me for my ID to proceed with my check-in. Of course, it feels very bad when he blames me, but also they should be better listeners and need to pay attention to the usability of the self check-in scenario in the App as well as the terminal.

Ten minutes from the station and a warm welcome. We loved the bathroom en suite, the breakfast and the spiral staircase. The dorms were spotless and the views over the city, charming. Central location within easy reach of the churches, the university and the famous Gewandhaus.

Very well located and run, Must have been built 50/60 years ago and would have been a showpiece hotel in DDR times. So, steps in odd places and a retrofitted lift. Would be a bit awkward for a wheelchair. Now fully renovated to a determinedly 3-star standard, ie only one room chair and that upright, limited toiletries, austere art/free decor. But a spacious very clean room and bathroom, good breakfast. Curiously we were asked if we needed the room cleaned every day. Rather pricey- but this is central Dresden.

Dieses Gebäude war eine erstaunliche historische Altstadtvilla aus dem Jahr 1888. Es hat hohe Decken, Kronleuchter, Parkettböden und einen Ballsaal. Die Lobby beherbergt einen Billardtisch und ein Schlangenbecken! In der Lobby gab es einladendes Bäckereibrot und Wasser. Das Restaurant und die Bar는 schöner Lage의 Lobby에 있습니다. Das Zimmer war riesig, genauso wie der Fernseher. Dem Zimmer fehlte는 Sauberkeit입니다. For our latest German city adventure we chose this hotel because of its location. We arrived by train from airport and had a short 10 minute stroll from the Mitte station to the hotel which is situated on the river Elbe, it being a warehouse in a previous life. We had already requested a river view and got one on the fourth floor, perfect. easy walking distance to the city centre too either via the zwinger palace or along the river. The hotel staff were very smart and courteous and always pleasant. the rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable if a little too soft for me but I do like a very hard mattress. We saw that there is an option for asking the maid to not service the room with a view to using less chemicals and therefore benefitting the environment, I'm a bit cynical about this and suspect it is to save the cleaners wage bill . As I said this is just my cynical view! there is a terrace where we took breakfast each day as we were blessed with nice weather. (Watch out for the crafty crow that will steal your bread roll and tip over your tea pot). The breakfast was buffet style and the choices were superb, if a little too much choice. Hot drinks were either obtained from the machine or you could request a pot from a waiter. There is a bar service and we enjoyed a few refreshing beers on the veranda following a hard days sight seeing and also a night cap following a hard nights dining out. We didn't use the hotel restaurant as we have a rule of always eating out when visiting a city. check in and out was straightforward. There was quite a bit of building and road works taking place during our visit, it wasn't noisy but it did make the neighbourhood feel a little tatty and unloved in places but this was beyond the control of the hotel , however, this didn't spoil our overall enjoyment, its just that the hotel is in a more commercial part of the city which is still being improved. There is a wellness centre and pool which we used, the Friday afternoon was quite relaxing apart from the man who thought he was swimming for Olympic gold and wanted everyone to know that he could swim. Saturday afternoon was very different, It felt that I was around a pool in Benidorm with loads of kids screaming and jumping in and throwing balls about, it certainly didn't feel or sound like a relaxing wellness spa!. I gave up and went and had a relaxing beer by the river instead. The whole experience was enjoyable and I would certainly use this hotel again.

Everything was better than expected. Quality was very High and breakfast really good. Bed was perfect to our likeing and the noise level low, despite the location on the center

Im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuchs haben wir eine Nacht hier übernachten dürfen. Check Inn lief unkompliziert und schnell. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, gut gepflegt. Betten waren bequem und im Bad keine Spur vom Vorgänger. Die Lautstärke vom Flur war nur leicht zu hören. Das Frühstück war für den Preis sehr gut, toll angeordnet, reichhaltig und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine gute Option. Das Hotel an sich und die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas in die Jahr gekommen tun der Nacht aber keinen Abriss. Zu den Ladestationen im Parkhaus sei noch zu sagen das sie Anmeldung über die App nicht funktioniert hat. Die App erkannte die QR-Codes nicht. Allerdings haben die Ladesäulen einen RFID Leser so das gängige Karten erkannt wurden. Wenn man Glück hat und kein Verbrenner dort parkt könnte man also über Nacht auch sein Auto laden. Leider ist dies nicht klar ausgeschildert.

Our family of 4 adults stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in the middle of July. The hotel room has two bunk beds, which worked well for us, but might be a problem for some families. The room was big and had a central air conditioning, which - after some adjustments - worked for us. The cleaning prior to our arrival was good. The bathroom and the water flow were excellent. It would be great to be able to connect your own USB-memory to watch some of our own movies on TV together, but this was not possible. Our major disappointment was with the breakfast. We found the choice of foods rather limited and some of them uneatable. In our view, a larger choice of fresh fruits, berries, and pastries would help. The parking lot was next to the hotel in a separate building (bus station parking) and there were always plenty of places. The daily price is reasonable, when taking into account the central location, and the hotel provides an additional small discount. The hotel is located in the city center, which is good to reach restaurants and downtown attractions.

환경이 매우 좋고 위치도 라이프치히 동물원에 갈 수 있습니다. 몇 분 동안 운전하면 일요일에 근처 상점이 문을 닫습니다. 먹기가 쉽지 않습니다. 호텔 욕조는 매우 좋습니다. 세면 도구도 매우 좋습니다. 문에있는 동생은 매우 잘 생겼습니다.

The front of house staff are really nice and helpful - the rooms are small but clean beyond doubt …. However the management are liars and effectively steal money … can i suggest if you intend or think about staying here please contact me - i will happily share with you there email exchange showing they lie and steal …. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant and the parking is only €3. The room was very large with everything one needs in it. The initial contact over the phone went very smoothly too. The whole place is spotless and welcoming.

위치 정상, 호텔 주차장은 무료이지만 좁습니다. 외부에도 충분한 주차 시설(예: 무료)이 있습니다. 객실은 작고 실용적이며 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 아침 식사는 호텔에서 아는 모든 것을 제공합니다. 지속 가능성의 상당한 개선! Papp Drink Teeth Pushing Becher는 시작일 수 있으며 수건에 대한 일반적인 좋은 전화이기도 합니다(더 사용하면 걸기 위해 남겨두세요). 후자는 정기적인 공연에도 불구하고 룸 서비스에 완전히 무시되었고 2 일째에는 신선한 수건 패키지가 다시 보존되었습니다! 뷔페에서 주로 플라스틱으로 포장 된 개별 부분! 나는 이것을 오랫동안 경험하지 못했습니다. 조식당의 화면은 끊임없이 자기 비명을 반복합니다. 이것은 시간, 날씨 및 지역 명소에 대한 정보를 즐겁게 풍부하게 할 것입니다. 불행히도, 조식당은 패스트푸드 비스의 매력으로 쓸려 있습니다. 태블릿에서 먹고 소음 풍경은 거대합니다. 청결은 칭찬할 만합니다.

Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen fand ich super und das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Augenweide. Es war einfach für jeden was passendes dabei. Die Lage ist von der Innenstadt ein wenig entfernt, dafür aber schön ruhig. Danke an das Tolle Team für due Gastfreundschaft.

호텔은 산업 단지 ”Chemnitz Park”에 조용히 위치하고 있습니다. 저렴한 3 인 주택 소유의 주차 공간은 매일 집에서 직접 제공됩니다. 호텔 방문객을위한 개인 차고를 이용할 수 없습니다. 고속도로의 위치는 훌륭합니다. 매우 가깝지만 듣는 거리가 아닙니다. 호텔은 몇 년 동안 부분적으로 안전했습니다. 객실은 ”현대”견해와 실제로 일치하지 않습니다. 일부 가구는 약간 제공됩니다. 방의 벽지는 또한 나이의 흔적을 명확하게 가지고 있습니다. 방 구석과 고갈 트랙에 입장. 그러나 아침 식사를 포함한 가격은 실제로 저렴하기 이상이라고 말해야합니다. 따라서 ”현대식 방”과 관련하여 가벼운 출발은 방금 제거 된 것보다 더 큽니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋고 광범위한 제안입니다. 직원들은 친절하고 유능하며 항상 리셉션에서 연락처입니다. 모두 정말 좋고 저렴한 호텔입니다.

Das Haus macht insgesamt - zumindest auf den ersten Blick - einen etwas antiquierten Eindruck. Allerdings war mein Zimmer sehr geräumig und gemütlich mit bequemen Bett und einem Schreibtisch, an dem sich auch gut arbeiten lässt. Ich bekam ein für mich kostenfreies Upgrade mit Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Der Service war nicht nur deshalb außergewöhnlich gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht die Wucht, für mich aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Kostenfreie Parkplätze etwa 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Natürlich aufgrund Lage und Areal mit Wasserschloss zusätzlicher Erholungs- und Freizeitwert. Wir hatten eine kleine Veranstaltung organisiert und unsere Halbtagesgäste waren wirklich extrem zufrieden. Die Räumlichkeiten waren - spätestens auf den zweiten Blick - wirklich top! Normalerweise muss ich nicht in Chemnitz übernachten, aber wenn, würde ich hier wieder buchen.
