One of the reasons this home away from home is special and not like others is the fantastic view of the clubhouse lake, which is absolutely amazing! The sun sets over it, so don't miss it! Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a sunny and bright open floor plan. Wind down in the welcoming living area, furnished with cozy sofas in front of a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is just steps away and has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The garage space has a smart TV, a foosball table, and a beverage fridge, offering a great hidden spot that will keep you entertained during your stay.The primary suite is on the main floor and features a smart TV and an en suite bath with a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs. The bunk bedroom has a beautiful sea captain theme with a trundle pull out bed. You have access to three pools on the property, one of which is steps away. The house is located directly across from the pool. The beach shuttle is also steps away, so if you choose not to drive you can! The towns of Millvill, Oceanview and Bethany Beach are all a quick 5-10 minutes away and there are plenty of dining experiences available. We also often go to Fenwick and Ocean City! This is a cozy 1 bedroom studio apartment with a full bathroom and small kitchen right in the heart of downtown Frederica, Delaware. Everything inside this apartment is new! Access is super easy via Wi-Fi lock and the apartment has its own private entrance so that you can come and go as you please. This apartment is 2.5 miles to Delaware Turf Sports Complexans 30 miles to the beaches. Route 1 freeway access is only half a mile from this space.New memory foam mattresses are included on all beds and hotel quality cotton sheets (The king bed is a comfortable 12 inch memory foam). There is a 65 inch HDTV with channels available via YouTubeTV. A desk (as pictured) with charging for laptop/devices or for eating a meal is provided. White noise machines are available at each nightstand if you prefer white noise while you sleep. This space is professionally cleaned after each use.The town of Frederica does have two good restaurant options. Frederica Pizza and Pasta house is a short walk from the front door of this apartment and a great place to grab something to eat or drink without having to get in your car. Burgers & Brews is also a short walk and has live music most weekends (only open March – November). JPs on the Wharf is another great restaurant with live music on the weekends located 6.2 miles in the small fishing town of Bowers Beach. On street parking is free and available. As always, please make sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle & keep it locked. NO SMOKING. Any smoking done in the unit will result in an automatic $500 fee. There is a firehouse across the street from this space.
