Ferra Resort is a great option if you want to stay slightly away from the busy center of General Luna while still being close enough to everything. It’s about 7 minutes by scooter and located in a nice area near the beach, although I didn’t go into the sea during my stay. The hut was very spacious and comfortable, with a mosquito net over the bed and pleasant lighting in the bedroom, creating a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was very large, with warm water, good-quality towels, and plenty of space. The resort features a brand new pool, which was a nice highlight, and pool towels are available. During the visit, a restaurant was still under construction, and the overall experience was slightly impacted by ongoing works and workers extending the property. The internet connection was good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Nearby resorts were a bit loud at times, which might have been due to the Christmas period. The staff were very friendly and attentive—I was able to ask for free coffee several times without any issues. A nice extra was the private water dispenser in the bathroom, available free of charge. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely come again.

You get what you pay for. If you want a budget accommodation with privacy and don't want to stay with a hostel, this is an option. Okay naman location since it is along Tourism Road. The downside is walang masyadong kainan na malapit kapag lumabas ka kaya need mo magtricycle palagi everytime gusto mo kumain. Kaya they also offer free breakfast kasi wala ka nga naman makakainan sa labas na malapit. 6:40am start ng breakfast nila tas yung babaeng assistant wala man lang urgency na ihanda agad at 7am pa magsisimula magluto. Lol. The worst part is yung pinapatay nila yung breaker ng electricty kapag tanghali (kasi inaassume nila na walang tao sa room) kaya minsan sobrang init kapag nagstay ka sa don. So need mo pa sila tanungin kung brownout ba or pinatay lang nila breaker tas tsaka nila bubuksan ulit. Then sa gabi sinasarado nila yung main valve ng tubig kesyo nakakalimutan daw ng guest na nakabukas daw yung gripo. E pano makakalimutan eh pinapatay nga nila yung main valve. So dapat lagi may ipon ng tubig para incase na patayin nila yung tubig eh makaligo ka pa rin. Lol. I suggest wag na kayo magstay dito and mas better kung makahanap kayo ng accom along Town Hall para malapit sa kaninan. Note that they collect a key deposit of 100pesos which wag ka na umasa na mababalik. Since all departure flights sa Siargao ay umaga and tulog pa sila around 5am then yung main house is nakalock so I guess yung 100pesos na kinolect is parang payment na rin sa key duplication so if ever na matapat din kayo sa ganung situation eh wag niyo ng iwan sa room yung susi at itapon niyo nalang.

호텔 자체는 아름다웠지만, 신축 호텔이라 그런지 운영이 체계적이지 못하고 많은 편의시설이 아직 완공되지 않았습니다. 회의실 예약도 할 수 없었습니다. 객실 인터넷은 자주 끊기고 비즈니스 미팅을 하기에 너무 불안정해서 리셉션 근처에서 팀 통화를 해야 했습니다. 정말 불편했습니다! 세 번이나 다른 방에 묵었는데, 두 번 이상은 샤워할 온수가 나오지 않았습니다. 고객 객실 준비 상태를 제대로 관리하는 시스템이 미흡해 보였습니다. 음식은 현지인들에게는 맛있을지 몰라도 서양인에게는 맞지 않았습니다. 광고에 나온 메뉴 중 실제로는 없는 경우가 많았습니다. 수영장은 좋았지만 야외 바가 없었고, 수영장 구역에서 음료를 마시는 것도 허용되지 않았습니다. 저는 2025년에도 부투안에 자주 출장을 갈 예정이라 다양한 음식과 안정적인 인터넷을 갖춘 괜찮은 호텔을 찾고 있었는데, 이 호텔은 그런 조건을 충족하지 못했습니다.

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

Цена небольшая, но все равно ожидала немного большего) Кондиционер практически не работал, на ночь его оставить невозможно было — очень шумный, приходилось выключать. Хотя и днем он не охлаждал совсем. Через тот же кондиционер было слышно все звуки с улицы. Еще не было одеяла. Ванная довольно неудобная, все хлипкое. Замок на двери еде держался. Но была горячая вода! Расположение вроде неплохое, но дорога на подъезде совсем неудобная, вся из камней

The Beach House is a very nice place to stay in General Luna. It’s directly at the beach and you can see the sea from your bed. It also has a private terrace, which you can see on the picture. The people are very nice and help out with everything, also renting a scooter is quite easy. The accommodation is big and has a lot of space for your stuff. I would recommend staying at the beach house!

The room is clean but there is no bed. It's just a cheap mattress on the floor. Very uncomfortable, we can't sleep properly. I regret booking it for 2 days. Aside from mattress, the location is fine, it's clean and theres even a cooking equipment and condiments.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and a special mention goes to Lili, she was absolutely lovely and incredibly kind. Her warmth truly made our stay even better. Thank you for such a memorable welcome!

공항과 주요 도시 사이의 중간 정도에 좋은 곳입니다. 근처에 좋은 레스토랑과 아름다운 해변과 서핑 장소가 있으며 매우 평화롭고 친절한 호스트도 주요 관광 지역보다 훨씬 저렴합니다.

Отличный отель на берегу океана! Не забываемые рассветы прямо с балкона номера! В номере есть всё необходимое и чистое постельное бельё! Персонал и хозяин отеля очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные люди! Антураж отеля с морской атрибутикой очень красивый! Всё понравилось, рекомендуем!
