R&F에서 머물기 좋은 곳이에요. 아파트인데 싱가포르에서는 콘도라고 부르죠. 저는 스튜디오에 묵는데, 아래층에서 일부 개방된 쇼핑몰로 바로 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 3월 13일에 영화관이 새로 개장했어요. 슈퍼마켓도 밤 10시까지 운영하고, 음식도 저렴하고요. 스튜디오에는 7kg 세탁기가 있어서 빨래하기 좋고, 건조기만 찾으면 돼요. 다리가 있는 CIQ나 KTMB 철도 노선을 따라 걸어서 15분 거리예요. 전반적으로 좋은 숙소예요. 꼭 다시 올 거예요. JB-SG에서 일하거나 은퇴 생활을 즐기기에 아주 좋아요.
이 아파트를 처음 빌렸습니다. 처음 들어갈 때 매우 혼란스러웠습니다. 지금까지 집은 괜찮습니다. 킹사이즈 침대 1개와 퀸사이즈 침대 3개가 있다고 썼는데, 제가 들어가 보니 실제로는 퀸사이즈 침대 3개뿐이었습니다. 침대도 매우 딱딱하고 편안하지 않았습니다. 발코니가 크고 전망은 괜찮지만 아이들이 혼자 있을 경우 조심해야 합니다. 아이들이 의자를 사용하여 전망을 보려고 올라갈 수 있고 꽤 위험할 수 있습니다. 쓰레기를 버릴 여분의 쓰레기 봉투가 없습니다. 티슈와 화장지도 꽤 제한적입니다. 와이파이는 좋습니다. 키 카드는 하나만 주는데 가족과 함께 외출했다가 먼저 돌아오면 꽤 번거롭습니다. 그 후에 올라가면 엄마가 아이 둘을 데리고 내려가서 현관문을 열고 엘리베이터에서 카드를 찍어야 하는데 매우 번거롭습니다. 돌아올 때는 그렇게 하지 않을 것 같습니다.

Had a mixed feeling about my stay here. The cleanliness was a question mark. Tables were sticky, toilet had poop line & smelled like pee, found mold in a bowl, mirror was horrible. Good point that the management responded asap & sent cleaner. But cleaner wasn't properly trained. I had to give instructions on how to clean & helped her clean 🤷🏻♀️
Location was great & pool is super clean, perfect for a dip after a long day.

The WiFi service was terrible/unreliable. The staff was very responsive and polite, but the solution to address the router issues was only temporary. Overall the room was clean, but there was a sewage odor coming up from the bathroom drains which was unpleasant and we had to ensure the bathroom door remained closed at all times.
It’s conveniently located for those who like to go to KSL to shop. The instructions (over WhatsApp) to collect the card access key from the mailbox and to unlock the main door were easy to follow. The service staff is very prompt and cordial in their response over WhatsApp. Appreciate their advice to avoid taking the lift between 1030am-3pm as the wait is long but for those who are travelling out during those time, be prepared to wait especially if you’re staying at a high floor. The corridor leading to our unit is unclean and rubbish wasn’t cleared for 2 days. Our level 25 unit is simple and cozy for 6 pax. It is generally clean and has the basic amenities.

리리뷰어We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

This round book under trip. Did not get any email from 3rd partty on his how to access to my room and the number provided by trip was wrong too. I was being scold by the person too.
I think trip will owe an explanation on this on what happening regarding the wrong number given as well as booking from trip how come Agoda have the details.

YyshahaThe overall experience was good but there were a few hiccups. First off, the customer service wasn't exactly on point. Since it’s a self check-in setup, I expected them to reach out with the check-in details, but nope, nothing. I had to chase them down myself on the day of the staycation. Sent a message, but the response was slow, ended up having to call them directly. Even then, the check-in instructions didn’t come right away, despite them saying they’d send it over quickly. I had to follow up again before they finally sent it over. It was honestly a bit of a hassle. Second off, the cleanliness was a total letdown. The living room had sunflower seeds all over likely the leftovers from whoever stayed before. It’s definitely a hygiene issue. However, the rest of the place was actually pretty decent. The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, the location was super convenient and the overall vibe of the place was really nice once you settled in. It definitely had potential to be great if the small stuff like customer service and cleanliness got sorted out.

SShwe YeeThis resort is value-for-money. The family suite came with 2 bedrooms and a rather spacious hall (with aTV, a sofa, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, sink, and a mid-sized refrigerator). The walls look freshly painted. The mattresses were nice and firm. Just that the bedsheets smelled a bit musty, although clean. ( I think the hotel needs to change the detergent.) There was 1 wardrobe in each room, and a TV in one of them. Generally clean and pleasant. There were 3 swimming pools. Private beach was clean, waters near the shore were surprisingly clear, and we even sighted some zebra-fishes and jellyfish. There were lots of little crabs on the beach. All these should be indicators that pollution levels should be low. It was a pleasant stay overall. Just wished there were more indoor things to do (e.g. bowling) during rainy weather.
AAdeno OngThere were a number of issues I faced with this unit, 16-14 Meridin Walk.
1. Air-conditioning unit leaked It created a large puddle of water in the room which I had to use a towel to wipe.
2. The drainage in the shower appears to be clogged. I was in ankle deep water while showering.
3. It appears that the unit has not been wiped or mopped. Hair clumps are seen on the floor and dust accumulation on most surfaces.
4. The washing machine's drainage hose was not connected. This resulted in another bigger puddle of water in the room.
5. Finally, one of the plastic chairs broke when I sat on it. I'm under 70kg so it was very surprising the chair broke. I fell but thankfully I did not suffer any broken bones.
After writing my feedback, they sent someone to fix the leak in the AC and Washing machine. However, I don't dare to sit on the chair.
In summary, this place was not well cleaned, not well maintained. I would caution against staying here.
