말레이시아 조호르 소재 홈스테이

R&F에서 머물기 좋은 곳이에요. 아파트인데 싱가포르에서는 콘도라고 부르죠. 저는 스튜디오에 묵는데, 아래층에서 일부 개방된 쇼핑몰로 바로 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 3월 13일에 영화관이 새로 개장했어요. 슈퍼마켓도 밤 10시까지 운영하고, 음식도 저렴하고요. 스튜디오에는 7kg 세탁기가 있어서 빨래하기 좋고, 건조기만 찾으면 돼요. 다리가 있는 CIQ나 KTMB 철도 노선을 따라 걸어서 15분 거리예요. 전반적으로 좋은 숙소예요. 꼭 다시 올 거예요. JB-SG에서 일하거나 은퇴 생활을 즐기기에 아주 좋아요.

리뷰가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데, 와ㅏㅏㅏ 최고에요! 들어가자마자 규모에 놀랬고, 뷰에 놀랬고, 깨끗해서 놀랬고, 침구며 어매니티며 모두 깔끔하고 마음에 들었어요. 전 벌레를 너무너무 싫어해서 특히나 개미.. 들어오기전에 미리 호스트에게 요청을 하긴했으나 그럴 필요가 전혀 없이 이미 너무너무 깨끗하고 개미 한마리 없었어요. 깔끔떠는 저에게 정말 최고!! 방 세개다 침대며 뷰며 만족했어요. 다음날 싱가포르 넘어가기에 최적의 위치였고, 수영장 헬스장 사우나 모두 야무지게 잘 이용했답니다!! 다음번에도 무조건 여기 묵을 예정입니닷!!^^

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

우선 위치가 정확하지 않아서 캐리어를 들고 건물 안을 돌아다녀야 했습니다. 사실, 건물 번호를 정확히 알면 정말 편리할 텐데 말이죠! 둘째, 이틀만 묵는다고 하면서 방을 치워주지 않았다고 했습니다! 마지막으로, 체크아웃할 때 짐을 맡아줄 수 있다고 했습니다. 3시에 짐을 찾아가기로 했습니다. 2시 50분에 건물에 도착했는데, 하우스키퍼가 위챗 메시지에 답장도 없고 전화도 받지 않았습니다. 짐은 3시 30분이 되어서야 배달되었는데, 같은 건물에 있었습니다! 짐 배달 직원은 사장님이 방금 짐 배달에 대해 말씀하셨다고 했습니다! 30분 동안의 소통은 그저 질질 끌기만 했습니다. 이 방을 예약할 때는 모두 조심해야 합니다.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. The location is good. The communication is good and fast response as well. But the condo life is pretty slow at peak hours. And we only have clean room about 3.45pm. 45 minute late.

이곳에 머무르는 것은 정말 훌륭한 가치입니다. 호텔의 31층에는 인피니티 풀이 있으며 아래층에는 해변이 있고 어린이 놀이터도 있습니다.

Had a mixed feeling about my stay here. The cleanliness was a question mark. Tables were sticky, toilet had poop line & smelled like pee, found mold in a bowl, mirror was horrible. Good point that the management responded asap & sent cleaner. But cleaner wasn't properly trained. I had to give instructions on how to clean & helped her clean 🤷🏻♀️ Location was great & pool is super clean, perfect for a dip after a long day.

Came with a lot of facilities, very clean and great location, right beside KSL shopping. Rooms are comfortable too! Second time staying here and will return again!❤️❤️
