어메니티가 아주 고급스러웠고, 매트리스도 정말 편안했습니다. 온 가족이 함께 휴가를 보내기에 최고의 선택이었어요. 주방 시설도 완벽하게 갖춰져 있어 간단한 식사를 준비하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 무엇보다 체크인 절차가 매우 원활했고, 직원들의 서비스도 매우 세심했습니다. 거의 24시간 언제든 답변해주셔서 여행 중 필요한 부분을 잘 해결할 수 있었습니다. 아래층에는 아이들이 정말 좋아하는 가족 친화적인 놀이 시설이 있었고, 발코니와 방에서는 멋진 바다 전망과 아름다운 일출까지 볼 수 있었어요. 아이들이 다음에 또 오고 싶다고 할 정도였답니다. 싱가포르로의 국경 통과도 매우 편리합니다. CIQ나 JB 센트럴 터미널로 직접 내비**션해서 아래 도로가 아닌 위쪽 연결 통로를 이용하면 안내 표지를 따라 싱가포르로 원활하게 입국할 수 있었습니다.

새 건물입니다. 아주 새롭고 깨끗합니다. 체크인도 번거롭지 않고, 열쇠 수령 및 반납을 위해 사무실까지 가는 방법도 명확하게 안내되어 있습니다. 도움도 신속하게 받았습니다. 단점: 1. 숙소가 넓고, 전용 주차장을 찾기 어렵습니다. 2. 신축 건물이라 쇼핑몰까지 조금 걸어야 합니다. 3. 침실이 3개인데 욕실이 하나뿐입니다. 하지만 이 모든 단점은 큰 문제가 아니며, 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

R&F 19층 6인실 첫 예약입니다. 객실은 샴푸, 칫솔, 큰 수건으로 청소되었고 주방도 사용할 수 있습니다. 1층에는 여러 레스토랑과 24시간 미니 마트가 있습니다. 맛있는 정오 점심 바비큐와 완탕면은 새벽 3시에 문을 닫습니다! 건물 밖에 주차장이 있는데, 하룻밤이 아니라면 3시간 정도 무료입니다. 큰 주차장 안에 주차해야 합니다. 저희는 콘도 바로 밖에 하룻밤에 16루피를 냈습니다(저희는 어르신이 있어서 주차장까지 멀리 걸어갈 필요가 없습니다). 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 온 가족이 사용할 수 있는 객실 카드를 하나만 주었다는 것입니다. 침대가 아주 편안하지는 않지만 하룻밤은 괜찮습니다 :) 앞으로 공용 객실에 싱글 침대 2개가 있다면 좋을 것 같습니다. 모든 문의는 WhatsApp으로 했고, 관리자가 30분 이내에 답변해 드리겠습니다.

전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 다만 담당자가 주차 카드를 준비하지 않은 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 왓츠앱으로 미리 알려드렸습니다. 다행히 신안 관리사무소는 오후 8시 전에도 사무실을 운영합니다. 문제 해결을 위해 도움을 요청드립니다.

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

Boat have to wait if not have to walk in about 15-20 mins depending on on your speed with luggage

The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w We felt shortchanged and I
