The rooms are very clean and cozy. The balcony view was amazing. The service is extremely good and satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is also very nice, the kandhari chicken and kaju masala combination was very tasty.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

우리는 위치와 유리한 리뷰를 기반으로이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 욕실 싱크대 근처에서 기어 다니는 벌레가있었습니다. 린넨은 더 이상 흰색과 파삭 파삭하지 않은 오래된 것처럼 보였고 베개의 품질이 매우 좋지 않은 것은 모두 부서져 단단하지 않았습니다. 우리가 떠날 때 우리는 4 개의 수하물을 가지고 있었고 우리가 외부 또는 호텔에 도착할 때까지 아무도 우리를 돕지 않을 것입니다 (두 명의 여성). 나는 다시 여기에 머물기로 선택하지 않을 것입니다.

머물기 좋은 멋진 숙소, 사랑스러운 가족, 훌륭한 가치의 객실, 깨끗하고 넓으며 개성이 있습니다. 포트 코치(Fort Kochi) 중심부와 가깝고 모든 편의 시설과 볼거리가 도보 거리에 있으며 약 30~50루피로 어느 곳이든 갈 수 있습니다. 좋은 크기의 젖은 방, 깨끗하고 기능적입니다. 아침의 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 정말 감사합니다. 다시 돌아오겠습니다!

We stayed at Backwater Heritage Homestay on our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience all around.  The property is a lush, peaceful oasis of calm.  The hosts are incredibly warm and generous people.  The food and service are amazing.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming, authentic homestay.

Overall very good experience. The location is perfect and it’s near the metro too. The property has very nice garden and greenery. We were very satisfied and visited again. This will be our go to place for Kochi.

Останавливались в этом отеле не один раз - приезжали большой семьёй ранее. В этот раз отдыхала одна. Все безупречно. И расположение очень удобное и сервис, и забота персонала, и прекрасные комнаты с удобными кроватями... Очень довольна! Вернемся непременно!)

Good basic budget homestay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They can help arrange an amazing day trip to the backwaters including the best lunch I had in Kerala.
