The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel .The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with booking a motorbike. The hotel was clean. After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception.This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm. Overall, the hotel was great .

We’ve chosen deluxe room and it’s fine. Asked for additional bed, they gave us a mattress with bed linen. The deluxe rooms a little small for family of four, so it’s better to choose a suit or double bed suits which may be little expensive, but convenient

그 전에 Freddie는 그에 비해 최고 수준에 머물렀습니다. 무엇보다 칭찬을 받은 코티지를 예약했습니다. 장소는 아름답고 깔끔하며 깨끗합니다. 침대는 있어야 할 모든 것을 갖춘 거대하고 편안하며 거대한 사우나입니다. 수준의 직원, 훌륭하고 다양한 음식. 피자, 감자 튀김 등, 어떤 취향에 맞는 현지 요리. 관리자는 교환원이 작동하지 않을 때 달러를 교환하는 것(중국 설날), 페리 택시를 조직하는 것, 티켓 구매, 스쿠터 대여 등과 같은 모든 문제를 해결했습니다. Podvods 하나, 바다는 수영하기가 쉽지 않고 작고 바닥이 너무 크지만 장소의 아름다움은 모든 것을 황폐화시키고 스쿠터는 모든 문제를 해결합니다.

Air panas untuk minum tak berfungsi. Sarapan ga sesuai jam dtgnya. Kamar mandi banyak sangkut rambut dilobang pembuangan air.

Excellent trip! food,room,staff,guests and so on…Everything is so nice. We had a big problem but the owner Wiwi solved smart and gently. She is such a good owner. We definitely will come again here. Thank you.
