Suite 4 is a unique blend of comfort and history. Adorned with stunning Romsey furniture and a large super King-size bed, this suite stuns with a brick wall featuring hand-picked branded bricks from local collieries, showcasing their names. This one-of-a-kind feature steeped in Welsh history sets this suite apart.
Enjoy modern amenity is including with WIFI and a smart TV, along with a desk for work. Unwind in the large comfy armchair and pouf for added comfort. The bathroom boasts a washbasin with LED backing, a toilet, and a spacious walk-in shower, accessible from either side of the captivating feature wall.
The Sleeping Giant is named after the majestic mountain overlooking the Pen Y Cae Inn. Nestled on our grounds, you'll discover the inviting Pen Y Cae Inn bar and an award-winning restaurant. But that's not all - we also boast our very own mini zoo, featuring an array of delightful creatures, from Wallabies and cranes to playful goats and exotic birds.

The B&B is near the centre of Brecon, within easy walking distance of everything in town. Our room was small but comfortable and well equipped. There wasn't much storage space in the room. Our room was at the front of the B&B, on the main road, so it was too noisy to sleep with the window open. Not so good during a heatwave!
Breakfast was good. We had a cooked breakfast the 1st morning and pancakes for the 2nd. Generous portions in both cases.
There's parking available in the courtyard but it's a squeeze to get in. Larger cars will struggle and may not fit.
