First review I have ever written for accomodation in Australia but this one is well deserved. I wanted something with a bit more space indoors than a typical motel as I am travelling with a toddler, so I took a leap of faith with an accomodation with not a lot of reviews, and found a hidden gem. Tucked away towards Grampians about 30min drive away from Horsham and the main highway, is a combination of campsite and lodge. Vast open spaces with kangaroos and other manner of wildlife, which the toddler was happy to try and interact with and run around in. Nice views of the Grampians, and zero light pollution for star gazing. The property also have pits for campfires, children playground and a swimming pool. The accomodation we booked is a family cabin, which turned out to be very well maintained and clean. One family bedroom with a queen bed and a view, and another bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. An open living room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge. The a furnished porch with clean furniture to enjoy the view and the roos with a coffee and snacks. The only thing we had to deal with was some insects. We lured them into the bathroom with the light on and locked them in with some bug spray for about 10min. This was expected for all rural stays we have had. Phil who checked us in was very nice and helpful, gave plenty of recommendations on whats around, and what is toddler friendly. I will definitely come back again on the next trip to the Grampians, or drive to SA.

캠핑장에서는 상점과 슈퍼마켓이 있어 주변 지역이 매우 편리합니다. 캐빈 주방은 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 위생 상태는 괜찮습니다. 주변에 거루와 앵무새가 많이 날아옵니다. 기본적으로 셀프 서비스 모드이며 서비스가 없습니다. 씨트립에서 표시된 체크인 시간이 잘못되어 직원이 17:00에 퇴근합니다. 그러나 열쇠를 남겨 두어 혼자 머무르는 것이 매우 편리합니다.

I booked a two‑bedroom place at Discovery Parks – Lake Hume, and it was perfect for our group. The space was large and comfortable. One bedroom had a queen bed, and the second had a bunk bed, which worked really well for us. The cabin also had a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. It was clean, convenient, and great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

불행히도 우리는 하룻밤 만 보냈지 만 아름다운 공원이었고 시설은 훌륭했으며 상상할 수있는 모든 것이 있었고 아이들은 우리가 언제 다시 머물지 이미 물었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 메인 스트리트까지 차로 짧은 거리에 있어 다시 드라이브하기 쉬웠습니다.  아이들은 물보라 공원, 실내 온수 수영장, 바운스 베개, 농구, 놀이터를 좋아했고 우리가 돌아갈 때 테니스, 미니 골프, 수영을 다시 하고 싶습니다.  빌라는 깨끗하고 편안하며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 침실 3개짜리 빌라에는 환상적인 2개의 욕실이 있었고 침대는 너무 편안했습니다. 우리 모두는 숙면을 취했습니다. 라운지는 온 가족이 편안하게 앉을 수 있을 만큼 충분히 컸으며 편안했습니다. 주차장은 빌라 옆에 두 대의 차를 주차하기에 충분했습니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다 10/10

It is very close to the trail and the bay, just a 5mins walking distance. You can also do trekking to great ocean road Twelve Apostles for 10km, very chilling weather. The room is very adequate facilities & full equipped only thing is that the heater is not working well

이곳 숙박 시설은 정말 훌륭합니다. 저는 NRMA의 필립 아일랜드와 포트 캠벨 두 곳에 묵었는데, 필립 아일랜드의 객실이 훨씬 좋았고 위치도 훌륭했으며 즐길 거리도 많았습니다. 객실도 포트 캠벨보다 훨씬 깨끗했습니다. 가격은 더 저렴했지만 필립 아일랜드는 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 것이 완벽했어요. 하루밖에 머물지 못한 게 아쉽네요.

What a great place. The view was excellent and we had numerous visitors. Sulphur Crested Cockatoos and some King Parrots. The amenities we really good and the bed was comfortable. We’d highly recommend a stay here for those who a little more adventurous

I had a wonderful stay! The views were stunning, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxing. Watching wild kangaroos and birds was such a unique experience. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!
