Très bel hôtel, calme. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais la table du dîner laisse à désirer. Cher pour ce que c est, pas digne d un restaurant soit disant de grand chef....

Atendimento excepcional, staff prestável e acolhedor. Restaurante fantástico, com pratos variados e com toque de sofisticação. Spa com ótimas condições tanto a a nível de massagens como de instalações.  Adorei a experiência.

Staff muito atencioso e condições muitos boas. Apenas um reparo ao pequeno almoço, com pouca variedade de fruta.

꿈꾸는 호텔과 공원. 친절한 직원과 매우 잘 관리되었습니다. 아침 식사도 좋았습니다. 며칠 동안 거기에 머무르는 것은 멋진 경험입니다. 일반 캐빈의 인테리어는 디자인 측면에서 개선 될 수 있지만 실제로 부정적인 것은 아닙니다. 5/5 별 👍👍

호텔 위치는 중앙에 있습니다. 방은 약간 구식이지만 깨끗합니다. 주차는 무료입니다. 아침 식사는 간단하지만 충분하며 스크램블 에그와 베이컨, 콘플레이크 및 다양한 빵이 제공됩니다. 리셉션 직원이 도움이되었습니다

Bonito e muito cómodos e grandes os quartos . As piscinas interiores , a temperatura da água estava bem fria , só se estava bem de tiro da sauna, Único defeito . Bom pequeno almoço e bons restaurantes a volta

Para mim foi um dos hotéis mais bonitos pela sua quietude, comida maravilhosa e staff super simpático. Me senti em casa.

The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.

這裡的一切都太棒了，無論服務及房間或是其他設施都維持相當高水準，就連早餐也非常精，若下次有機會再到杜羅河谷，這邊會是首選。
