Loved this lil gem good working ac fast elevators very clean very accommodating only thing I didn’t like was my room had no window but it’s perfectly located in the middle of everything there was great food around nice historic places to visit they help with setting tours staff is super friendly and willing to help

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, el baño es amplio, cuenta con amenidades y agua caliente. Me gustó el servicio de cafetería 24 hrs. que incluye la estadía, el desayuno es simple pero estaba bien. Solo como punto negativo es que elegí este hotel por estar cerca del estadio Akron pero no es accesible caminando, caminando no está accesible a nada, ni siquiera el oxxo que esta cruzando la avenida.

Clean and tidy spacious rooms, ample hot water in the shower, and strong water pressure—anyone knows these two points are crucial for guests traveling long distances. And the best part is the affordable price.
The evening traffic noise outside is tolerable. It would be nice if the room provided napkins instead of having to use toilet paper

이곳은 시내 중심에 바로 위치해 있고 두 곳의 메르카도(코로나/산 후안 데 디오스)까지 도보로 이동할 수 있기 때문에 머물기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 호텔 직원은 귀하의 안전을 매우 잘 알고 있으며 객실은 편안했습니다(작음). 혼자 여행했어요. 그리고 테라스에서 보이는 아침식사의 풍경은 정말 환상적이었습니다.

クリスマスの日に参加するテキーラツアーの集合地に近いということで、２か月前に予約し、前日から泊まりました。しかし、突然、そのツアーが直前に人数が集まらないからと、２３日夜にキャンセルされて途方に暮れていました。でも、今更別のホテルに予約しても、と思うと同時に、ホテルのロビーで相談すれば何とかなるのではと考えて24日に泊まりに行きました、ですが、やはり、クリスマス前日では無理といわれて、何のためにこのホテルに泊まったのかとその時は嘆きました。しかし、8時過ぎにフロントが連絡をくれて、別のテキーラツアーに参加できることになりました。本当に感謝に絶えませんでした。開放的なプールもあり、少し泳ぎましたが、気持ちよかったです。また、フロントから部屋へ行く道は素敵に整備された小径になっていて、気持ちよかったです。

就在gudarajala expo對面 非常近 邊上是威斯汀 早餐豐富多樣 但是可能中國人吃不太慣 有白粥就更好了入住第一天送mini bar 5瓶酒水 酒店有泳池健身房 總體來説還可以的 雖然陳舊 但是還可以 下次來應該還會選擇這裏

3 Things to improve:
-Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles.
-Faster room service and Bar service.
-Better lightning in pool area.

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

리리뷰어가족과 함께 여행을 원하십니까? 추천! ”부티크” 분위기와 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 고급 호텔입니다. 조식 뷔페는 PV에서 최고 중 하나입니다(웨스틴 쉐라톤에 머물렀습니다). 수영장은 잘 관리되어 있으며 어린이 놀이방은 굉장합니다(Bibiana 감사합니다!). 숙소는 매우 현대적이며 매우 잘 관리되어 있지만 객실은 약간 작습니다. 우리는 비슷한 경험으로 칸쿤의 메리어트에도 머물렀습니다. PV 최고의 저예산 럭셔리 리조트.

리리뷰어I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

다만 자동차가 있어야 호텔까지 갈 수 있을 것 같아요.
호텔에서 차량을 운행하기는 합니다.
공항픽업서비스도 있는 걸로 알고 바다까지 내려다주는 셔틀버스도 있습니다.
높이 있어서 풍경을 보기에 정말 좋고 시설 또한 훌륭합니다.
값이 싸지는 않지만 돈을 낸 만큼의 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.
호텔의 외관 또한 가고싶게 만드는데에 한 몫 합니다.
방들도 넓고 훌륭합니다. 5명 6명이 들어갈 수 있는 큰 방이 있고 가족들끼리 와서 호캉스하기에 굉장히 좋은 호텔인 것 같습니다.

우리는 아침 뷔페가 포함 된 방에 대해 Trip.com을 통해 지불했습니다. 체크인 직원은 지불이 완료되지 않았으며 여전히 방과 뷔페를 별도로 지불해야한다고 말했습니다. 2시간의 혼란과 1세 아이와 기다리다가 마침내 해결됐다. 직원들은 실수에 대해 전혀 미안하거나 사과하지 않았습니다.

익익명 사용자We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

리리뷰어La app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega
