피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 키르기스스탄 추이 주 호텔

방은 작았고, 추가 요금으로 업그레이드한 후에도 여전히 작았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원분도 매우 친절하셨고, 외출하기도 편리했습니다. 아래층은 쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있습니다. 스파 환경은 좋지 않았고, 스파 서비스 태도도 좋지 않았으며, 마사지 오일의 품질도 좋지 않았습니다. 서비스 태도가 좋지 않았고 마사지 오일도 좋지 않아서 예상치 못했고, 돈을 쓰고 싶지 않았습니다. 일식당 분위기는 좋았는데, 다다미 좌석을 예약했기 때문이었고, 고정 소비 금액이 450달러 정도였습니다. 저희 셋이 하룻밤에 300달러 정도밖에 먹지 못했습니다. 어쨌든 450달러를 감당할 수 없었습니다. 결국 계산할 때 450달러를 지불해야 했고, 나중에는 가져갈 수 있었습니다. 국제적인 5성급 호텔에서 이렇게 ”엄격한” 관리 방식을 처음 접했습니다. 좌석이 하나뿐이고, 사업은 평범합니다. 사람도 많지 않습니다. 우리는 그 자리에 앉지 않았으므로 아마 비어 있었을 겁니다.

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl. Als Reisende habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich. Im Hotelzimmer war es etwas laut durch Ventilatoren von außen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Cafés. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

카라콜에서 트레킹을 한 후 귀국을 위해 같은 호텔을 예약하기로 했습니다. 노보텔에서의 첫 번째 숙박은 훌륭했지만(다른 리뷰 참조) 두 번째 숙박은 끔찍했습니다. 체크인 시간은 오후 3시였기 때문에 점심을 먹으러 나갔다가 오후 3시 20분에 돌아왔는데 두 객실 중 하나를 이용할 수 없다고 했습니다. 리셉션 직원인 자니아는 무례하고 사과도 하지 않았으며 예상 시간을 알려주지도 않았습니다. 다른 리셉션 직원은 약 30분이 걸리고 객실 열쇠를 보내겠다고 말했습니다. 객실에 들어갔고 오후 4시 15분에 리셉션 데스크에 전화했더니 5분 안에 열쇠를 전달하겠다고 했습니다. 열쇠가 전달되기까지 10분이 지났습니다. 시간 관리가 형편없고 서비스가 나쁜 5성급 호텔입니다. 객실 열쇠에 대한 후속 조치가 없습니다. 다른 구역은 좋았지만 프런트 데스크 직원은 예외였습니다. 마사지/풀 직원은 정중했고 레스토랑 직원도 마찬가지였습니다. 특히 Zania 씨를 비롯한 프런트 데스크 직원에게 교육을 잘 시켜주세요. 그들은 호텔의 첫 번째 서비스 담당자이기 때문입니다.

호텔은 도심에 위치하고, 주변 환경이 좋으며, 프런트 데스크의 서비스 태도는 매우 좋습니다. 다만, 객실 청소에 대해서는 프런트 데스크에 미리 알려주셔야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 적극적으로 청소를 해주지 않습니다.

The location of this hotel is amazing, within walking distance of all of Bishkek's major sights and many good restaurants and cafes. The facilities are somewhat dated, but staff are great. Unfortunately, upon checking in, we found dried urine all over the bidet in our bathroom. Upon bringing this to staff's attention, a cleaner was sent right away. However, this should not be happening in any four star hotel.

호텔은 2026년에 개업해서 모든 가구, 위생 도기 등이 새것입니다. 침구는 새하얗고, 매트리스와 베개도 편안합니다. 프런트 직원들도 친절합니다. 조식은 괜찮았고, 친절한 직원분이 커피나 차를 가져다주십니다. 호텔 근처에 24시간 편의점이 있고, 쇼핑몰도 가깝습니다. 중앙 광장과 다른 관광 명소들은 도보로 15분 거리에 있습니다. 이 호텔을 진심으로 추천합니다!

이 호텔에 두 번째 숙박했는데, 담배 냄새에 민감하신 분은 추천하지 않습니다. 호텔은 금연 호텔임에도 불구하고 중국인 관광객이 많아 흡연을 많이 하는 것 같습니다. 경영진은 문제 해결에 최선을 다해야 합니다. 불만을 제기하자 방이 없다고 하면서 해결책을 제시하지 않았습니다. 결국 설득해서라도 도와주겠다고 했지만, 창문을 열어주는 것 외에는 큰 변화가 없었습니다. 위치도 좋지 않아서 어디든 가려면 택시를 타야 했습니다. 호텔은 다소 오래된 것 같지만 기본적인 편의시설은 갖춰져 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 간단했습니다.

호텔은 깨끗합니다. 리셉션은 영어와 약간의 북경어를 구사할 수 있으며 매우 인상적입니다. 체육관은 크고 멋진 수영장이 있습니다. 아침 식사 선택은 신선한 과일로 충분합니다.
