I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

우리는 더블 침대 2개가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. 남편이 브로드 스트리트에서 남자 친구들과의 밤나들이를 마치는 것을 기다리면서 먼저 체크인했습니다. 저는 도착했을 때 혼자였기 때문에 문에 경비가 정말 철저해서 고마웠습니다. 체크인하는 동안, 저는 리셉션 직원에게 남편이 오후 2시 이후에 저와 합류할 것이고 약간 기분이 나쁠 수도 있다고 말했습니다. 그들은 우리 둘의 연락처를 받고 저는 잠자리에 들었습니다. 오후 4시에 도착했는데, 남편이 전화를 걸어 들어오지 못하게 하겠다고 했습니다. 그래서 리셉션에 전화했더니 바로 문제가 해결되었습니다. 방은 완벽했고, 복도는 조용했고, 방은 깨끗했고, 모든 편의 시설, 옷장, 냉장고, 주전자가 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다! 저는 죽, 과일, 토스트를 좋아하는데, 남편은 프라이업을 먹었습니다. 오믈렛을 주문해서 만들어 주는 스테이션도 있습니다. 저는 분명히 다시 이곳을 예약할 것입니다. 왜냐하면 저희 친구들은 모두 브럼에 살고 있고, 직원, 객실, 호텔의 위치가 도보로 이동하기에 완벽하기 때문입니다.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish feel throughout. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Its location right in the city centre was perfect, everything was easily accessible, making it a great choice for convenience and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm. self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I do not usually complain, however I felt the overall standard of cleanliness, food quality and service fell below expectations. Kind regards, Karolina

Overall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money.

최근 크라운 플라자 버밍엄 시티 센터에 묵었는데, 처음부터 끝까지 정말 감동적이었습니다 ⭐. 위치가 정말 편리했습니다 📍. 시내 중심부에 위치해 뉴 스트리트 역, 불링 쇼핑센터, 더 메일박스, 그리고 다양한 레스토랑과 바에서 도보로 단 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 덕분에 버밍엄을 돌아다니기가 정말 편리했고, 교통 걱정 없이 시간을 최대한 활용할 수 있었습니다 🚆🛍️. 객실은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 🧼 잘 관리되어 있었고, 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고 🛏️, 인테리어는 모던했으며, 차와 커피 ☕, 금고, 세면도구 등 객실 내 편의 시설은 모두 훌륭했습니다. 또한 비즈니스 여행객과 레저 여행객 모두에게 편안하고 실용적인 객실을 만들어주는 작은 배려에도 감사했습니다. 호텔 편의시설은 훌륭했습니다. 바와 라운지 공간 🍹을 이용했는데, 편안한 분위기와 친절한 서비스가 인상적이었습니다. 조식은 정말 최고였어요 🍳🥐. 신선하고 풍성하고 맛있었어요. 모든 취향에 맞는 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식이 다양하게 준비되어 있었어요. 바쁜 시간에도 모든 음식이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 직원들은 방해하지 않으면서도 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다 😊. 전반적으로 저희 숙박은 순조롭고 편안하며 즐거웠습니다. 이상적인 위치, 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰진 객실, 훌륭한 편의시설, 그리고 훌륭한 조식까지, 이 호텔은 버밍엄 방문에 최고의 선택입니다 🌆. 다시 이곳에 묵고 싶고, 버밍엄을 방문하는 모든 분들께 자신 있게 추천할 수 있습니다 👍

Great location – about a 5–6 minute walk from the train station, and Chinatown is right outside the hotel, so it’s very convenient for food and getting around. The room was quite spacious, which was nice since I stayed here with my partner for a Valentine’s Day trip. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom weren’t very stable.
