피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 독일 바이에른 호텔

뉘른베르크에서 제일 좋아하는 호텔이에요!! 모든 경험에 세심한 배려가 돋보였고, 직원들은 정말 최고였어요! 제가 만난 모든 직원분들을 위해 기꺼이 서비스를 제공해 주셨어요. 제 방에는 생일 케이크와 함께 직접 쓴 편지가 준비되어 있었는데, 정말 감사하고 마음이 뭉클했어요. 칼 아우구스트, 정말 고마워요. 동네 호텔이라니! 5성급 이상이에요. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!

단점: 1. 호텔에 직원이 없어서 사전에 온라인으로 체크인해야 했습니다. 체크인 이메일이 스팸함으로 가서 미리 알림을 받지 못했고, 호텔에 도착해서 체크인 절차를 밟을 때 두 가지 작은 문제가 발생하여 C-trip 온라인 고객 서비스에 연락해야 했고 30분을 지체했습니다. 불편했습니다. 2. 호텔의 길가 객실은 매우 시끄러웠고, 가끔 고출력 차량이 지나가는 소리가 들렸습니다. 장점: 1. 호텔은 비교적 새것이고 기본적인 시설은 에어컨을 제외하고 다 갖춰져 있었습니다. 2. 지하철역까지 도보로 7~8분, 시내 중심가까지 지하철로 15분 걸립니다. 3. 가장 좋았던 점은 지하철역 위에 거대한 백화점이 있었고, 그 옆에는 다양한 종류의 상점들이 있었다는 것입니다.

가격 대비 훌륭한 가치! 아름다운 호텔 객실, 다양한 선택이 가능한 아침 식사, 매우 멋진 웰니스/사우나 공간! 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 유일한 ”단점”: 그날의 일정에 따라 호텔이 시내 중심에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. (장점이 될 수도 있고 단점이 될 수도 있습니다!) 나는 그것을 다시 예약할 것이다!

호텔 위치가 시내 중심가와 가까워 매우 좋습니다. 조식은 훌륭하며, 계란 요리 코너와 생선 요리가 제공되는 뷔페식입니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 사우나와 헬스장도 강력 추천합니다.

호텔 팀은 매우 친절하며 귀하의 요청에 응답할 준비가 되어 있습니다. 음식은 완벽하고 맛있습니다. 호텔은 아주 새롭고 깨끗합니다. 위치는 뮌헨 중심에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 여행하기에 매우 편리합니다. 또한 매우 깨끗하고 안전한 지역입니다. 호텔은 기차역에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 1-2 도보 분.

중앙역과 수공예마을 맞은편에 위치하고 있는 호텔입니다. 뉘른베르크 여행지가 도보로 이동할수 있는 거리에 있고, 음식점들과 편의시설들이 가까운 곳에 있어서 편하게 여행할수 있었습니다. 호텔로비에 과일과 웰컴드링크가 비치되어 있습니다. 직원들은 모두 친철했고, 일찍 도착해서 얼리 체크인을 요청했는데 추가 비용없이 해주셨습니다.

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

객실 문을 열자 작은 생일 서프라이즈가 기다리고 있었어요. 레이디 인 레드 팀의 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 아침 식사 후 호텔 입구에서 정친원 씨를 우연히 만났는데, 알고 보니 같은 호텔에 묵고 있더라고요! 😄 다음에 호텔에 갈 때도 꼭 켐핀스키 포시즌스에 다시 묵을 거예요!

역 근처에서 치안 좋고, 보내기 쉬웠습니다. 뮌헨 중앙역까지 탈것 한 곳으로 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 레스토랑, 편의점 및 dm이 있습니다. (중앙역 주변은 치안 좋지 않은 것 같았습니다) 어메니티는 드라이어, 바디 핸드 겸용 비누는 있었습니다만, 그 외 슬리퍼등도 없기 때문에 지참을 추천합니다. 비치는 물은 아마 유료라고 생각합니다. 편의점의 물은 높지 않았습니다. 주차장은 호텔 지하에 있지만 극협의 유료 20 € / d입니다. 자동 셔터 때문에, 주차시에만 프런트에 말을 걸어 열어 주었습니다. 나올 때는 셔터에 접근하면 자동으로 열립니다.
