酒店地理位置優越，去景點非常方便，步行可達。酒店裝修風格優雅大方，又不失時尚。酒店的房間設施完善，非常適合度假。酒店在辦理入住手續時，免費提供茶點，非常貼心。酒店的自助早餐，超讚，品質多，而且每天會有所調整，給連住的客人有新鮮感。總的來講，是一家跟棒的度假酒店，值得推薦！

We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

Pupp Hotel 별관인 Quisisana에 방을 예약했습니다(본관이 아니고 길 건너편). 괜찮았지만 본관이 더 나을 것 같습니다. 나머지는 기대에 부응하세요. ****** 그다지 크지는 않습니다. 제가 갔을 때 룰렛 테이블은 하나뿐이었습니다. 테이블 수가 불분명합니다.

다국어를 구사하는 직원이 있는 훌륭한 위치! 사우나아(Saunia)를 3시간 무료로 이용할 수 있다는 것은 큰 장점이자 스파 서비스뿐만 아니라 다양한 치료법을 제공하는 사내 클리닉의 추가 편의성입니다. 아침 뷔페는 매우 풍성하고 다양합니다. 대체로 매우 편리한 위치와 호텔 숙박입니다!

Totally recommended!! The hotel is situated in beautiful outskirts of karlovy Vary. 15 min drive to the city. The hotel looks like a palace with helping and friendly staffs. Spa area is also very clean and tidy

Quite good, but location is quite outside. There is a bus with limited frequency or it's possible to go on foot (quite beautiful walk but it takes a bit of time). The room was good, quite comfortable.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück. Große und hübsche Zimmer. Tolle Betten. Großes Badezimmer mit Fenster. Kühlschrank. Flachbildschirm TV. Sehr ruhig. Saunalandschaft ruhig und erholsam. Direkt am Park. Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis direkt am Hotel.

글쎄, 호텔은 엄청난 잠재력을 가지고 있습니다 ... 호텔 자체는 아름답고 모든 품질입니다. 위치 자체는 세련되고 방해가되며 거리, 매우 강한 운전 및 소음입니다. 방의 에어컨이 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 15°의 외부 온도에서 밤에 26°를 가졌습니다. 서비스는 매우 상향 공기이며, 직원이 며칠 전에 호텔을 관리하기 시작했다는 인상을 받았습니다. 우리는 첫날 밤에 호텔에서 저녁을 먹기로 결정했습니다. 질적으로는 좋지만 주문한 와인과 45분 만에 1초를 얻지 못했습니다. 질적인 지하인 키안티 두 잔을 가져다 주었을 때 우리는 음식으로 거의 끝났습니다. 날씨가 좋아서 테라스에서 조식을 먹을 수 있어서 너무 기뻤지만 허용되지 않았지만 30분 후에 다른 손님에게 허용되었습니다. 직원들은 질문이 아니라 이 까다로운 호텔에서의 활동에 과부하를 받고 있습니다. 우리는 확실히 높은 주장을 가지고 있지만 가격을 고려할 때 정당화되었습니다. 불행히도 이 3일 간의 짧은 휴가는 위의 것에 의해 흔들렸습니다. 서비스가 건물의 품질에 적응하는 것이라면 이것은 확실히 권장 사항이며 현재 우리에게는 전혀 없습니다. 젠장!
