피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 키프로스 파마구스타 구 호텔

Everything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident.

We arrived at the hotel early, well before the check-in time. We asked if we could check in earlier than the scheduled time and the sullen clerk answered us sternly that it was impossible. We asked for towels for the pool in the meantime, and again we were told no. Some time later, another, nicer clerk arrived and explained that she would do everything she could to get us a room as soon as possible, and we did get the room early. The same sullen clerk continued to make a face every time we passed by the reception. The room we got was a room by the pool, overall a nice room, a bit small and mostly dark. On the plus side, we would like to note the cleanliness of the pool and the room. We asked for extra towels and got them. The food is not bad, quite varied. We really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel, the food, the atmosphere and the service. There is parking at the hotel and we used it. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the beach and the walking path along the beach. The hotel is close to the shopping street and restaurants.

Recently spent 3 days at the Tsokkos beach hotel on a All inclusive Room was cleaned every day and comfortable bed. Pool was lovely and big but can imagine it being very crowded in height of summer. Food was excellent we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the food tasty and plenty of choice. Local drinks beer/ spirits were also good as were the soft drinks. Entertainment around pool was aqua aerobics which lasted approximately half a hour, the music if you can call it that was painful to listen to the volume was turned right up which there was no need for it to be. It was head banging rave type stuff it truly was dreadful, I felt like it was an endurance test to get through it. Please when doing these activities cater to your audience as it changes throughout the year and have respect for the guests who do not want to join in who came away to relax. Some staff really nice others couldn’t even smile especially the 2 ladies on omelette making.

Anmaria Beach Resort는 환상적이었습니다! 🌴 위치는 완벽합니다 – 버스 정류장은 많은 바, 클럽 및 상점과 마찬가지로 매우 가깝습니다. 해변은 도보로 불과 몇 분 거리에있어 태양과 바다를 사랑하는 모든 사람들에게 이상적입니다. ☀️🏖️ 서비스는 최고였습니다! 모든 직원은 믿을 수 없을만큼 친절하고 도움이되었으며 항상 잘 운영되었습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 유지되었습니다 – 여기에서 사랑과 함께 일하고 있다는 것을 깨닫습니다. 💫 저녁 식사는 매우 맛있고 다양했으며 실내와 실외 수영장은 모두 아름답습니다. 나는 수영장에서 일하는 여성을 언급하고 싶습니다 – 그녀는 매우 따뜻하고 조심스러워서 환영받는다고 느꼈습니다. 💖

Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

우리 방이 위치한 곳은 매일 밤 *****를 따라 바의 매우 큰 소리를 내는 것을 의미했습니다. 대부분의 바는 노래방이나 고객이 노래하는 공물 행위였기 때문에 발코니 문을 닫아도 마치 거기에 있는 것처럼들을 수 있었습니다!! 나는 개인적으로 선베드가 잔디 위에 있는 것을 좋아하지 않았고, 지저분한 발과 선베드를 얻었습니다. 수영장을 드나드는 사람들 때문에 진흙 투성이의 패치가 되기 시작합니다. 선 음영은 움직일 수 없으며 선베드는 꽤 포장되어 있으므로 선베드를 그늘로 이동할 공간이 많지 않습니다. 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 바 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 리프트는 그런 큰 호텔에 비해 너무 작아서 리프트를 기다리는 데 오랜 시간이 걸립니다. 우리는 대부분의 날 해변, 멋진 깨끗한 해변에 도착했습니다. 하루 동안 선베드를 얻는 것이 저렴합니다.

나는 Ayia Napa에 있는 이 호텔에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 잘 관리되어 하루를 보낸 후 휴식을 취하기에 편안한 장소입니다. 위치는 이상적이었습니다 – 메인 광장과 *****에 충분히 가까워 쉽게 걸을 수 있었지만 밤에는 조용했고 숙면을 취할 수있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 에어컨이었습니다. 호텔은 낮출 수 없는 최소 온도를 설정했기 때문에 특히 따뜻한 밤에 방이 내가 원하는 만큼 시원하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었고 편리하고 평화로운 위치에 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔을 찾는 사람에게 기꺼이 추천합니다.

We had a great stay. The newly refurbished pool area looked great,will be trying it on our next stay. The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite,the staff are great. Breakfast was great,a good choice. All areas are very clean and all the garden areas are well looked after. Will be going back in June.
