Welcome to the Welcome Week January 2024: Escalate Taster! This free event is designed to take your workout to the next level. The taster session combines elements of HIIT, functional training, circuits, and tabata to provide an intense and effective workout. 

To ensure your comfort and safety during the session, we recommend wearing appropriate workout attire that allows for easy movement. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, as well as a towel for any necessary rest breaks. Our experienced instructors will guide you through warm-up exercises and help you become familiar with the movements.

The event will take place at Studio 1, located at the Institute of Sport & Exercise in Dundee. The address is Old Hawkhill, Dundee, DD1 4HN.
