CAN -TORONTO - SHOOTING SMALL GROUP SESSION
Bring your notebooks for the classroom sessions that will start each day!
At this pop-up small group session, athletes will experience a comprehensive and intensive session, where they'll have an opportunity to dive deep into shooting science both in the classroom and on court.
It's hard to improve at anything that we don't understand, so the goal of this clinic is to provide athletes with a holistic understanding of the ideal movements that the best shooters in the world use, and the reasons why they work.

In-Person Immersive Experience
. Athletes get FREE access for 21 days, and while we encourage you to start exploring it about 14 days before camp, it’s totally okay if you’re not in right away — you’ll still get plenty out of it once you do.
-A 10-workout pre-session plan
-A 5-workout post-session plan
These workouts are specifically tailored to complement the in-person curriculum that your athletes will experience at camp.
Even if you sign up less than 10 days before camp, downloading and getting access to this plan is VITAL. You can always complete the workouts after our time together!
