Program Description

Join us for an exciting and hands-on Cheese Making Class for 
Adults, 18 & older.
Whether you’re a food connoisseur or simply curious about the art of crafting your own cheese, this class is designed for you! Felicia Marable-Williams, Family & Consumer Sciences Agent Osceola County will guide you through the process. You’ll learn the basics of cheesemaking - from selecting ingredients to utilizing key techniques all while practicing food safety, for creating delicious, fresh cheese. This intimate, interactive workshop is limited to 16 people, ensuring personalized attention and a fun, engaging experience. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity – reserve your spot!

 Classes are subject to cancellation at any time if a minimum number of attendees are not booked or for other circumstances. If class is cancelled, you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. (No Refunds unless class is cancelled by the instructor).
