Natalya Khorover, an accomplished artist, will guide participants through the process of layering and combining different materials to bring their masterpieces to life. The workshop focuses on using single-use plastic bags to create flower-inspired art, offering a creative way to help clean up our planet.

Despite the irony of creating ephemeral nature from plastic that will outlast us all, this workshop aims to have fun with the concept. With Natalya's expert guidance, attendees will have the opportunity to make art inspired by the flowers we eagerly anticipate in the spring.

No prior experience is necessary to participate in this workshop. However, space is limited, so it is advised to secure your spot early. Participants are encouraged to bring various soft single-use plastic packaging from home, such as shopping bags, as well as any unused embroidery thread and thimble they may have. All other materials, including sharp scissors, needles, embroidery thread options, a substrate, and plenty of inspiration, will be provided.
