Sunrise Stretch Class
One for the early risers during these beautiful lighter mornings! 
Join Emily to ease into the day with simple and soothing stretches and mobility movements to help you feel flexible and refreshed ahead of the weekend. 
All equipment is provided, all you need to bring is your body and relax the mind as we stretch, breathe and end the class with relaxation. We will have seasonal essential oils and wax melts burning to help awaken the senses and calm the nervous system. 
A 45 minute sunrise stretch can set a beautiful tone and energy for the day before you! 
No experience required, please note this is not a traditional Yoga class. 
Open to men & women
This class uses Yoga mats (provided), if you would prefer to complete the class on a chair please contact Emily ahead of the day.
