America's State Tree Woodland Walk
 (also known as the paved John & Alice Butler ADA Trail) will wind you through a peaceful native prairie to a scenic overlook. The in-ground circular compass at the end of this half-mile trail serves as the perfect setting for collective movement and meditation with 
B1 Yoga
.
Both classes will feature 
sound healing
 with live music.

6:00 AM 
Sunrise Practice -
 Welcome the Summer Solstice with 50 sun salutations during this guided flow. After class, sip and stay a while with a 12 oz. espresso drink from Good Stewards Coffee Co. (included with your registration). Look for their mobile cart at the picnic pavilion near the trailhead after class. Be sure to BYO travel coffee mug if you plan to take your coffee to-go.
6:00 PM Sunset Practice - 
End your week and honor the Summer Solstice with a traditional "Yoga Mala" or 108 sun salutations. You'll be guided through this 90 minute class, which will challenge your endurance and tap into the prana -- your breath or life force energy. After class enjoy a craft cocktail or mocktail from Wicked River's new mobile bar cart (included with your registration). What a way to start the weekend!

Wicked River Event Production
 is a Dubuque, Iowa, based company that creates unique, temporary, shared experiences. We provide event planning and production services for anything from private dinners and weddings to corporate meetings, conferences, nonprofit fundraisers, and more.
B1 Yoga 
is located in the heart of downtown at 185 Main St. Their studio is home to over 15 different yoga instructors, with a variety of yoga classes and styles to appeal to the beginner all the way to the seasoned yogis. Classes run from 5:30AM- 8:00PM, 7 days a week. You will find a welcoming smile the moment you walk through the door, an incredible community of yogis to practice alongside you, and a very cozy yoga room that feels like home.
Good Stewards Coffee Co. 
is a mobile coffee cart that turns any space into a coffee shop! They believe great coffee does more than energize—it creates moments of connection, joy, and slow appreciation for life’s rich details. Rooted in sustainability and quality.
