Step into a space of stillness and presence through the immersive practice of sound. This Sound Journey invites you gently reconnect with yourself and come back into balance, through simply relaxing and surrendering into the sound. The soundscape will include a blend of various instruments: crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, gong, voice, shruti box, flute, and koshi chimes may be included—each played with care and intention to support a calming and grounding experience. As the journey unfolds, and you tune more deeply into your senses, the vibrational patterns and rhythms of the crystal bowls and gong assist to slow the brainwaves into deeper states of relaxation. Whether you're seeking stress relief, a meditative experience, or simply a break from the daily hustle, this Sound Journey event offers a unique opportunity to explore the restorative qualities of sound in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome to attend. Come as you are, and let the power of sound guide you on a transformative journey.

Please arrive 15min early to get settled.
Yoga mats and pillow's are provided.
Bring:
- blanket, anything you need for comfort laying down for 75min

-eye covering

널지 길은 현수교 공원을 방문해야 할 명소입니다. 사실 위험은 없습니다. 저처럼 높이를 두려워하는 사람들은 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 여기 널지 길의 풍경은 매우 좋고 산과 물이 녹색이며 경치가 즐겁습니다.

린 캐년 공원

밴쿠버의 무료 공원, 자연 경관은 매우 아름답습니다! 린 협곡 공원에는 놀이 시설이 완비되어 있으며 숲속 산책로, 협곡 위의 흔들리는 현수교, 똑바로 날아가는 폭포, 수정처럼 형형색색의 개울이 있어 가족과 친구들이 함께 하이킹을 하고 숲속을 탐험하기에 좋은 곳입니다. 협곡! 주차 요금은 시간당 $3입니다.
